Filters Used For Making This Video ➤ amzn.to/2Kfm5Gf
    -----------------------------
This video was made with a purpose of showing a difference between using Automatic Settings with no filters and Manual Settings with each four ND Filters.
We used ND4, ND8, ND16 and ND32 filters from PGYTECH.
As you could see, Automatic settings without ND Filters resulted in very high shutter speed and choppy video.
To oppose that we use ND filters.
They cut light allowing you to lower your shutter speed to the proper inverse which would equal a 180-degree shutter rule(30 fps = 1/60 shutter, 24 fps = 1/48 shutter, etc.) giving you more "cinematic" motion blur.

Many thanks for this. This is the clearest demonstration I have seen of the use of filters, and at last I have understood why some motion blur is useful.
That said, in your examples the Mavic Air in its Auto mode doesn't do too badly...

OMG River looks so beautiful in ND32.
BTW why ND4 is lighter than no filter in the end?

It's because the "no filter" was with auto settings and it calculated "best exposure", and the ND4 was with correct settings but it was still too bright for ND4 filter meaning you need to take a stronger filter :)

    Looks like 32 is overrated?

Cant say overrated. Always depends on the light conditions. Here is a good explanation about ND Filter: unlimitedrone.com/2016/11/28/nd-filter-why-they-are-necessary-for-your-drone-2-2/
