If what broke is the little thing to secure the ribbon cable, usually any paper folded a few times with the same width can replace the functionality just fine. It's kind of difficult to place it in, but it might do the trick.
I have the purple which is really more pink with the 1.2mm flex cut so it doesn't hold switches well. I had hoped it would be darker but the people is really more pink and the alphas aren't white but kind of this off white / pink. It's nice, just wasn't what I was expecting, I love the look of the one you got! Those cables are in an odd place, could happen to any of us. The finish is definitely very nice for the price range IMHO, good point on that!
Sometimes I get to pick the color, sometimes I just get sent something they pick, I'm sure I would have been happy with any color, but I really liked this one. I think I was just a bit too confident and quick when I went to flip the ribbon clip :/ Thanks for watching, cheers!
Not to totally nail you but you also forgot to mention there's no bluetooth. That's a fairly important feature. And I see there's a 2% surcharge on returns. Weird.
@@cormacc7 Hi - bought 2 of these over the last few months. There most definitely is bluetooth - you can connect up to 3 devices, and can select using the screen.

Double check your specs on battery size. Its actually 2 x 1800 mah batteries. Just wondering where you got the 8000 mah from?

That ribbon cable was a bad idea and placed in a BS place and their support is pretty shit trying to get a new one. Useless company
I don't agree with the ribbon cable, I would have preferred pogo pins, but the company has been attentive and helpful to my situation.

@@edge23310 I also bought two of them and can confirm. Although I also broke the screen ribbon cable on one of them, so there's that.
This unit does have Bluetooth.
