Great video... I'm staying in Temple Terrace for 5 days and was trying to figure out where to drive. I'm usually in the Palm Harbor/ Dunedin area. First Watch in my area is great though! I did Northdale/Dale Mabry area today and it was pretty good. I was thinking of trying Brandon and South Tampa so it was great to get your tips and I hadnt even considered Wesley Chapel. Really great how you showed everything on the map and the traffic snafus were entertaining. Good video. Very helpful!!
Think I’m gonna stop delivering in temple terrace and move to Wesley chapel. Orders recently have been awful and the last few they were definitely thinking about mugging me😅
Wow! This is the most SPOT ON, unfiltered, no apologies breakdown of UE delivery spots. We've (other half) done all but WC and LOL. I've relentlessly suggested these places to him because I am beyond SICK of ST. Carrolwood is nice and tips have never let us down. The roads are great, unlike ST....that place has literally destroyed my undercarriage. I just got him to watch your vid, so hopefully, we'll try it out soon. You are also right about the traffic in most of the locations you covered..... it definitely induces intense anxiety. Really impressed with your knowledge and input here. So, I'm subscribing and tuning in! Thanks a lot🤙
Awesome, glad this was helpful. Oh and you asked "what are the hood areas", it's anything in-between Bush Blvd and Ybor city. Both Temple Terrace and Central Tampa are very spotty with this so it goes from nice to bad pretty quick.
I live in the Busch Area and I realized once I started delivering in the Wesley Chapel/Lutz area I made double in half of the time then what I made in Busch/ Temple Terrace area....lol

Nice video, but what is your acceptance rate with DD? Declining low-ball deliveries, my rate is 32 as of now Mostly under a dollar a mile offers coming my way
That dunkin you mention they have the worse customer service, the line is always long and plenty of workers behind the counter. The drive thru lot's always dirty. I live in New Tampa and that place is in my way but lately I avoid going there and I go to one away from my direction just not have to deal with bad service 🙃
minerva, delivered there, got there and they told me it would be 55 minutes before the customers food would be ready, order showed it was paying $45. so i left uber eats on, messaged the customer asked if they want me to wait (they said they would give me $10 on top of the 45 i was already getting) and went on to do door dash and came back lol
About $300 - $500 but you would have to pull some serious shifts like 10+ hours per day. Also multi-apping is a must these days, Uber alone won't cut it.
One more thing, did anyone get an email from UE today saying they overpaid you by X amount and deduct it from your pay? Happened to me and several other drivers i spoke with today.
I heard about that. I recently got banned from UE so I've been doing DD and Grubhub instead. Honestly that's a BS situation and I'd rather quit their app than pay them back lol.
$0 now, I stopped doing it. There's too many drivers and not enough "good" deliveries for it to be worth it anymore. Unless you are ok with doing 10+ hour shifts on two or more apps.
Try it for yourself. These gig apps are all based on luck and patience. One day you'll get great deliveries, the next it's absolutely horrible and you only made gas money. You just never know
You will send too many people into these areas and ruin it for the drivers that have worked there. You are just ruining good areas for a few subscribers.
I live in Wesley chapel. So I sit in my home slip my nikes on my feet, turn my apps on and just wait. I had an order from Pomodoro pizza place.. I left on my way out sr56 east bound he called told me I the wrong pizza, I went back he told me to keep the one I had and enjoy it. Nice owner. Pizza wasn't bad but not as good as ABC. I like breakfast 6-10am and dinner time up here. Sometimes late-night to 3am when dd has the $3 surge mostly wawa's and McDonald's usually pebble creek. TGI Fri I'd okay but it tries pulling me into the hood for $6(x). I just started a tampaubereats group on (kick).. johnnybtampa
@@beammeupscottsp7952 Ok, yeah. That's where my thoughts were also on that one. BAAAD experience with delivering packages there before. Learned my lesson and stay on the Swanky, party, highlife part of the Bay these days. Downside is, the roads are hhhorible and destroy your ride. 😊

Would totally agree you can tell the areas on who can tip and not and its not worth it to drive in areas where people are planning not to tip you.

I usually make $100 in 6 hours but on a bad day that could take up to 10 hours. This job is all about being at the right place at the right time.
