Me too but going through ebay/paypal for buyer fraud protection....I cant get over how real it looks, the key to find out with Studio 3s it should not show up as a bluetooth device but the W1 chip will actually show a beats logo popup on our iphone...also look at the included case the center seam for real has extra material where the fake does not have on the seam.
Few more clues the manual does not look legit and instructions to pair and reset are not the same as real beats it suggests to pair hold the B button for 2 seconds real ones you you simply hold the power button for 10 seconds, also reset real beats hold power as down button and a red light flashes not on fake ones no red light!
If it's to good to be true it is my friend I bought the same color for $199 from eBay and they are real Do your due diligence when making a expensive purchases

I right away noticed they felt cheap but they did automatically pair with my iphon and I was able to register them on the beats website! IDK what to do now the seller does offer a 30 day money-back guarantee but they emailed telling me they didn't do ebay returns and they emailed me an address to send back they just said to send them the tracking number!

Had to go to the settings. But I had an older iPhone at the time. You need an iPhone 7 or newer for the automatic Bluetooth connection. I had the iPhone 6s Plus. Didn’t catch it then. 😕

The first red flag was that the beats on the box cover were purple but the beats inside the box were matte black.

Just call your bank and tell them you didn’t receive them they’ll do a charge back to that company that’s not cool of them
