I am 100% with Deborah when pitchers come in and pitch “sustainable” businesses and the products made; you either don’t pitch sustainable businesses or if you do there must be 0 greenwashing to truly have the right to be called a sustainable business
its not sustainable if your not making a profit then it becomes a waste of time, with zero impact on improving the world. Thinking longer term using more recyclable materials as well as investing in repairing and cleaning the existing damages would be more effective and sustainable.
When Steven went on a whole speech about the product I really thought he would make an offer 🤔 in the actual episode at 2:55 Peter tells him 'why don't you make an offer..put your money where your mouth is ? ' but Steven said ' he still needed to think' it was hilarious to see 😂😂 🤣🤣 love the dynamic bw Peter and Steven sort of like a mentor/mentee
I've gotten the vibe from this series that Steven and Touker are not too fond of eachother. This is just one of several testy exchanges they've had. Good on Steven for calling Touker out though, he's a self-important jumped up cynical bully.

I'm surprised the Dragon's, especially Deborah, didn't pick up on the fact that this isn't a brand new venture. There's a company who have been doing this since 2019, same twist-to-push mechanism and compostable refills. They're called Wild, and their branding and products are far superior. Plus they have their claws deep into the potential market for this type of product.
I agree that Wild’s branding is better, but I definitely prefer fussy’s formula to Wild (which I used for over a year before switching to Fussy, which I find far more effective). Whether or not the concept is new it’s nice to see some alternatives.

However I would say that Wild have a few flaws, such as the white staining to clothing if it gets on it before drying, and the refills leave about 10% of the refill at the bottom, meaning you make a mess to use it all, or waste it.
I've just started using fussy. One of the only natural deodorants I've found that actually works. It stops me stinking on even the hottest of days. Highly recommend trying it out.

The stylists finally did something about PJs hair..sort of (he still looks good tho) 😅 , A lot of unnecessary drama b/w Steven and Touker... ALMOST made Peter go back to savage dragon mode (wish he did) but that got cut over here. Also this was a great product... Definitely gonna buy.

@@theatricalpiano2257 It's not the sweat that smells though. Sweat is just water, and the reason you sweat is to ventilate your body and keep it moisturised. It only smells if you don't clean. There are many dirty habits from the UK that are considered normal and cause you to be more smelly/dirty. But we're lazy so a lot just use sprays, when the real issue isn't that.
Fussy is now the UKs highest rated natural deodorant, it’s affordable and has new products. It is an unusual share as it’s so small, however they’re still getting an income from it! Investing doesn’t have to mean huge shares. I think it would’ve been a missed opportunity if they didn’t, and these two founders know what their business is worth. It’s seriously blown up. (I’m not even being biased, i have literally never bought from fussy)
Steven is still relatively new to the Den. It is very naive of him to have already quarreled twice with a fan favorite, Touker. Even if he disagrees, he should bring it up in a constructive way, rather than trying to challenge and humiliate another dragon, as that will inevitably lead to internal fights, and possibly cut his time in the Den short.
well tbh steven is incredibly popular for more then dragons den which is why hes here and i think him calmly saying that he doesn't think that any of the dragons could replicate this easily but touker does take it pretty hard since hes older
S19 episode 8 was a good episode fun from the start.... This clip does NOT do justice to it. 😤😤😤 Hope the dragons don't change next season esp Peter and Steven they seem to have a nice dynamic even Sara and Deborah.

I tried this via the kickstarter and it just didn't work for me. I smelt, plain and simple. I tried it for about a month and just couldn't handle my own smell.
