  • This express workout gives you a taste of using dumbbells for strength and endurance - The moves are foundational strength exercises targeting all major muscle groups - the workout can be repeated for a longer workout or if you are new to strength training, you can flow through the moves to get familiar with the range of motion and proper form for each exercise. I teach full length classes every week in my online studio, always a total body strength session along with cardio, core and HIIT style workouts!
