    Hey what you said about sounds from the tummy, digestion sounds, I've been experiencing something like this and it does sound like digestion sounds but sometimes I hear "clicking" type sounds too and it moves all around my stomach/intestine area even within the span of a single minute. Have you heard of anything like this? I wana know if this is an expected symptom of healing.

If you search on youtube "Dr Berg tinnitus" he has a number of videos on the topic. Fortunately for me, just the finger drumming worked miracles, so I didn't have to get into the other aspects. Good luck with everything.

      @wellnessembodiedcairnsphys5621  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks for your question. The video isn't the same as having an actual treatment with somebody- these techniques are really just to teach you body awareness and another mode for relaxation. .. But your hat or pillow doesn't assess or treat the direction of movement of your fascia or any blocks/ restrictions located in it... along with the Clinical Reasoning and other assessments applied by a Physiotherapist or Osteo etc trained in Craniosacral Therapy. Like the layers of an onion, once we release one layer, we generally move to the next- it can be undone however by signficant trauma eg a concussion etc, but not day to day non-traumatic events.

      My French teacher in high school had a strong southern American accent. I joked she must be from the south of France.
      In other news the Sacral pump is at the base of the spine and sends waves up the 33 steps of the spine to the land of Pineal, the home of creation, the place where we see all that we Imagine over what we see with our eyes and also sense with our other senses. The breath powers the Sacred pump as the moon breathes for the Earth. Separations in the cranium called fontanel flex with the pressure created by the Sacred pump as the tetonic plates flex with the pull of the moon creating the waves that are as the breath as they sound as the breath. Fontanel means receptacle of the baptismal fluid which marks a new beginning at the end of every flood. A fountain pen is for writing the word. A fountain in the middle of a still pool as is found outside of many official buildings symbolizes the beginning of Creation rising from the abyss or sometimes called chaos and many other names. The cerebral fluid is about the same salinity as the ocean and the body the same percentage of water as the Earth. Breathing slowly and deeply into the belly helps us to connect to the Earth or to more fully feel our connection.
      There's a lot of information out there that verifies what I have said and leads to many more things that go together. Except for accents in the south of France, I made that up. 🤗
