    Hi, id just like to say a few words to our aspiring professionals, if you may. It pleases me to hear all the real good advice i get when joining you guys. Sadly i ve seen places where i can be a real challenge to bring things up to par, and higher management dont want to hear it, especially if it requires expenses. Just sad all around.
