    Can we ever talk about the opposite end of the spectrum. From a techs point of view that hates overselling unneeded stuff, how do I deal with advisors that question why I didn’t recommend a certain flush or a bushing that has one crack but doesn’t need to be replaced yet.

    I appreciate your tips.. I wish though you could add a timeline stamp as to topics of discussion.. Alot of the videos are to difficult to cut to the information your offering.

    I have my desk in the center. So, when someone comes in... I am the one they see first. Also, knowledge is power. I am very ambitious and believe you can always improve. Hence why I bought your book and am watching this video. 🎉

    I can't imagine how long this was beefier lol. Not that I'm complaining, I watch each and every week, I'm just saying that was hilarious. Love the content, as you've always said, chris, the free content on this channel is better than the paid content elsewhere.

    In my location we have set appointments for each advisor. I write at least 120 more Ro' then the veterans but difficult to get ELR higher or come close to the labor rate.

    Any time another advisor interacts with one of my customers at any step of the process, there's a decent chance the egg will get dropped and I'll be left picking up the pieces. No thanks I got it
