I'm the same way, severe stomach cramps , cold sweat , nausea, I can't tell if I'm going to have a bowel movement or throw up sometimes it's both. I have passed out when this happened and ended up in the hospital because when I fell I hit my face and head, broke my nose, knocked 4 teeth out and split my lower lip in half. I've had more than one incidence of this happening but at least I know now not to try to stand up and too immediately lay down.

Went to the ER today, almost ended up passing out after pooping. My heart rate fell well below 48BPM (was wearing my Apple Watch).. skin got pale, sweats, dizziness etc. ambulance took me in, even tho I started to feel a lil bit better but was still extremely fatigued. Ran some blood work, came back normal, except slightly elevated white blood cell count so maybe an infection? However, I was warned by my primary care doctor not too long ago that I was at risk of getting a heart attack or a stroke since my triglyceride levels were extremely high along with high cholesterol and a history of high blood pressure. Night before this happened I drank a lot of Coca Cola and a lot of red meats with carbs. So all this might’ve contributed to my little episode this morning.

Im experiencing this multiple times a week for the last 6 months now. Starts with severe stomach cramping, this internal sickly feeling, clammy skin, cold-sweats, by then im rushing to the bathroom despite not even feeling like I have to go. Its just this feeling as if you need to push the pain out. This is usually when my hearing starts to go, and then my vision starts to go black. Usually, I run back to my couch or bed to lay down immediately out of sheer panic before actually passing out. Then my sight and hearing slowly comes back. Then the process repeats until im actually able to use the bathroom. Its horrible 😣 I think I have IBS but haven't gone to the doctor to confirm it since I dont have health insurance yet

I called 911 and normally I hate people being around when I go #2, I turn the shower and fan on, but yesterday I was so terrified by these new symptoms that I had my partner hold my hand while I pooped. It was so embarrassing. I am terrified to go again.

Thank you for your video. I do believe that the Vagus nerve goes past the abdomen as well. I had a syncope episode having a normal bowel movement and I knew it was a vagus para-sympathetic nerve symptom. (retired R.N.). Can't convince my family physician that this is why it happen. I woke up on the some time later on the floor in bathroom, falling face first. Ended up with the racoon look. Still have a lump on my left orbital area near the eyebrow, one year later. Was glad I didn't break any facial bones. Will be watching more of your videos.

I did have a doctor tell me years ago that my blood pressure dropped and when that happens, to lay down on the floor and elevate my legs. I was relieved to know the name of what I have experienced! But, I have to tell you that your credibility would skyrocket if you corrected your posture and get those things that looks like boogers in your nose out of your nose. This has happened to me before, and I’ve fainted for other reasons than this so I’m not entirely a stranger to it (although insanely terrified of fainting still lol). But if there’s anything I believe now, it’s that it’s diet.

This has been going on with me for as long as I can remember. Just happened to me. It usually happens late at night, during the night, or very early morning. I’ll sit down, usually the first symptom is chills, then I start feeling a little dizzy, then my head starts to hurt, then my ears start ringing, and finally I start to black out. I’ve never found a way to treat this but usually before a faint I lower myself on the bathroom floor and that usually fixes it immediately.

My mom keeps fainting while on the toilet after having large BMs. We've brought her to the ER 3 times now in the past 2 months due to passing out. No doctor has been able to advise us what to do to prevent it. It wasn't until the 3rd visit the ER doc diagnosed it, and said to have my mom use a bed pan so that way she at least can faint in bed :( Not a good solution, IMO. It's so scary. My mom is almost in her 80s and various diseases have her lacking most mobility so there's no way she can bend to put head between legs safely. I've read that among elderly patients w/this condition, many die within 2 years of it starting, and I know someone personally who's older relative had it and no solution was ever given by drs. There must be a good solution for elderly?!

Can an anxiety attack cause this problem due to being sick, like having food poisoning that results in diarrhea and vomiting?
I fainted twice yesterday like this while sitting on the toilet .
I had diarrhea about 20 times in a 12 hour period. I also threw up 6 times. I also had a headache, a runny nose, stomach cramps, and a fever. I was sweating and I had shivers (I felt ice cold). I also had an anxiety attack, and nausea.
All prior to throwing up. Afterwards they all went away except the cramps. I also had bloating due to excess stomach fluids, which were causing the repeated diarrhea.
    Symptoms of the fainting.
Note: This was not like standing up too fast and getting light headed.
Symptoms In order as they happened to meover a period of about a 1/2 a minute.
    1. Load ringing in my ears
    2. Higher blood pressure in my head , my temples throbbed.
The muscles in top part of my head tensed and hurt.
I had a blood/ metallic taste in my nose/ mouth.
    3. Tingling in my head and hands
    4. Tunnel vision. Thing got darker around my peripherals. Note: no sparks
    5. The feeling of ice coldness in my arms.
    6. Numbness in my arms
    7. Hearing loss, like my ears were being muffled.
    8. My vision got bright white. My eyes must have dilated.
    9. Then I lost consciousness.
    10. The headache and ringing in my ears came back afterwards.
I also had trouble thinking and trouble talking. I knew clearly what I wanted to say but I couldn’t compose it properly. This symptom only lasted for about three minutes.
Note: Aspirin and sleep made those two symptoms go away.
Standing and walking helped make the symptoms subside.
I went to the hospital on my own after I recovered.
I thought that I was dehydrated.
The doctor did not find anything wrong with me. The doctor did give me an IV drip for dehydration, and some Imodium too.
My guess was that I was not dehydrated but that I passed out due to anxiety, like going into shock.
    Personal history:
    I’m a male, I’m 49, and I’m 235 lb
I do get travel or wait anxiety. Where I automatically feel the need to go number two if I anticipate waiting for a long duration of time between restroom breaks.
    I have sleep apnea.
I grind my teeth when I sleep.
I also have mild high blood pressure.
I have had at least four anxiety attacks in my life all due to being sick. Those all had uncontrollable rapid breathing.
I have fainted two times before this. One was due to pain the other was due to sickness. The latter was the one time that was similar to this time I passed out.
The last time was about 30 years ago.
My family members with diabetes warn me to get checked for diabetes.
    Active life.
I walk half my shift and sit half my shift as a full time security guard.
I bicycle long distances on a regular basis as a hobby.

I think it does involve the parasympathetic nervous system, as I experience similar symptoms as when I faint from other causes (blood, pain, heat).
