That front porch roof is going to be a problem. First, you would need to open the bedroom window and lean out to water the flowers. Water is also going to do damage to that roof structure. It would be simpler to put a shed dormer type of roof with the highest point just below the bedroom window sill. An easy fix that costs less. The downstairs bedroom is so tight it is nigh on useless. The laundry room upstairs is simply impractical. With the size of the footprint it would be better to have both bedrooms and one bath upstairs with a powder room and laundry room in the space currently used for the downstairs bath and move the kitchen back to where the downstairs bedroom is.

Please start putting a window over the kitchen sink. Everyone doesn't like to use the dishwasher all the time.

A good house for a single or couple. The phony fireplace must go! The downstairs bedroom barely contains that queen bed, so I'd either substitute a single or furnish it as an office. If it's an office, the downstairs full bath could become a powder room and a mudroom/back entry to the house. Some codes require that a house have two entrances.

I don't get why there's a chimney in the middle of the roof when the fireplace is on the outside wall.🤔 I also like a widow over the sink. That's my chase to meditate and enjoy nature.🏞️🐰🦊🦝🐦🦃🦅

The downstairs bedroom is too small. You can’t hardly get around it and it would be hard to the sheets. No bedside tables.

Sorry, I found a number of things in this home that I would change: 1 - Kitchen: move the stove top all the way to the right, add a corner sink which would greatly increase the "prep" space with the cabinets above to include a corner cabinet; 2 - the bed in the downstairs bedroom should be a single, with the headboard under the window which would give room to walk about the bed or could be installed in the corner; giving more space to the side as well. 3 - Dealing with the master bedroom on the 2nd floor, perhaps enlarge the closet to include the empty wall to its right. The master bathroom as well may be large enough to include a stack-able washer and dryer. And 4 - the downstairs bathroom could be downsized to a half-bath and the tub eliminated, thereby allowing a second door to be installed, with a small "mud room" area to be included, especially as this would include the "dead" space under the stairs. Of course, this would mean that the window under the stairs would be eliminated, but as there are already windows on 3 sides, this would not be missed and the "mud room" could be further closed off and a door added under the stairs. 5. Why was there no provision for a car, especially considering the size of the property?

Beautiful home! Love that the laundry is upstairs where the majority of items needing to be laundered are. Also, I really like that you have all the kitchen appliances in this kitchen... microwave and air fryer/convection oven above the sink, dishwasher, stove... everything! Love the downstairs guest room/office space. Plenty of storage space in every room, too. Nice job, Jasper. A very liveable tiny home❣️

I really love the yellow color, beautiful! I read another comment that had some excellent suggestions to may make the design better, but for me, the current floor plan is great. I’m not to sure how I’d water the flowers outside the master bedroom. They doesn’t appear to be a door. But it’s beautiful, Jasper ❤
