Hey everyone today's video I take you on a wild tour through fairytale properties anyone could buy for under $50,000! Yes all the homes in this video are priced under 50k which in todays market is crazy... but that also come with a cost! That cost is making the decision if you would like to live in one of your favorite childhood fairytale like homes, these odd pieces of real estate are smaller homes for sure but that adds to the cute allure of the property. Raw timbers need constant preservation from dry rot, wet rot, and woodworm. How accessible are these, how frequently do you need to refresh the wood preservation, and how much would this cost?
It all depends on how much you're willing to spend in the end, these are cheap so if your budget allows for more keep the rest to cover this type of expense, research what brands are the cheapest to treat these things and save up by buying straight from the source where you can. There's many ways to save money.
2:56 I think is my favorite but 10:28 is a close 2nd and how can you pass up something looks like a shroom. Both of these homes look amazing and i wish i had one or both on my property in south Georgia

I don't think he reply's to any comments. There is no way most of these places would go for under 100,000. Cobb Cottage in BC cost over 56,000 to build and it's location tells me it's probably around 500,000.

Where are you getting your purchase pricing, Cobb cottage cost 56,000 to build and in BC you probably couldn't buy it for under 500,000 .
