I love it, the brick around the fireplace and goes around into the kitchen and the kitchen where the backsplash between the cupboards and cabinets, a country look.

I really love how you use space well. Each design has something special that I didn't expect to see. For instance, the kitchen island table is perfect, just like the bookcase facing the stairs. This is a great place for cook books. Keep up the great work.

Just to avoid confusion, I believe you meant "walk-in" closet (that is, a closet large enough that a person can actually completely walk into the closet. Sometimes appears as "W.I.C." in floor plans).
The design is awesome, I like how the kitchen is somewhat separated from the living room. I never fully liked the kitchen being close to the living room like most layouts are nowadays.

I love everything about this house - it's so comfortable, cozy and beautifully designed. However, there's no back door leading outside to where I would want a covered porch/deck area for summer entertaining etc. Just a thought about the butler's pantry (tiny room off the kitchen). Could this possibly be a location for a second exit door? Would love to see these 2 additional amenities on an otherwise amazingly designed small home.

Nice design, but needs a backdoor. Could be added to the pantry area, or change the stairs somewhat and put it on the back wall by the bath which would be a better placement.

Why would anyone have a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor? Ugh. I see there’s a lot of unused space on the walls. Could use it for walll bookshelves or storage containers. this will increase the floor space in the living room. Also, this could help with a bigger refrigerator.

no one wants a bathroom in the kitchen and that big fireplace should be on an outside wall, not dividing the kitchen from the living space. move the fp to an outside wall and move the bathroom farther from the kitchen.
