- This video shows a beautiful two- story cottage house design with a classic blue color. Built on 32ft x 32ft of land, the house offers plenty of space for comfort and relaxation. The first floor features a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room and a laundry room. The second floor consists of two bedrooms and another bathroom. This cottage house is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some peace and tranquility surrounded by nature.

This is the design I have waited for. A proper dining room and a kitchen sized and laid out to work. Sweet and cozy outside, warm, welcoming, and charming on the inside. An enthusiastic well done!!

I totally agree. This is a space you can move in. The kitchen is a dream for someone who loves to cook. The second floor is beautifully designed.
Now that I’m hooked on these smaller home videos, I’ve got my look-fors: a place for coats/boots near the front entrance, a dishwasher, and an en-suite for the master bedroom. My next most important thing is plenty of windows!
By far the nicest home I have seen on TH-cam. The floor plan addresses all of the needs of a small family. The aesthetic is perfect. I love the contained room concept. I have lived in an open floor plan home pretty much my entire life and have really always hated it. Especially not having the kitchen open to the living room. If I haven't done my dishes yet today and a guest drops in unannounced, I have to worry about them seeing my dishes which no matter how clean your house it, having dirty dishes just makes people think you are a slob. This is so lovely. Good job.

Love the design of this home. The layout is so efficient. I've never seen your interior design so esthetically eclectic. I think I would absolutely love an interior in either a more cottage style or modern industrial. Truly a lovely home, Jasper 💕💕💕

The wall with tv and bookcases totally my taste. As are the rooms sizes, closet space, bathrooms, and layout. Would love to live in this beautifully designed home
One of my favorites! So much storage! and nice to see linen storage in the bathrooms. Loved the kitchen, so big you could put a table in it and eat. Only thing I did not care for was the front door walking right into the living room. But an amazing plan!

One of the best floor plan I've seen... I always enjor your plans, Jasper, and this one is top knotch! I love the kitchen! May drawers and cabinets and a walk-in pantry! Nice idea! Something I would change is the Master's bath. I can make it even bigger by having only a powder room with toilet for guest.... and add the extra space to the master bath with a tuck-away toilet! And maybe, instead of the door parallel to the headboard/head of the bed, make it so it's toward the end of the bed/foot instead.
Perfectly sublime! I love the built-in closets! I would have an open staircase to make moving furniture upstairs easier.
I love porches on a house and this one is beautiful! Built in bookcases are a dream of mine. Cannot get enough of your designs. I am pleasantly surprised and impressed with each one I see.

36 front x 30 side. 3 bedroom with laundry room. Kitchen and laundry has to be on the right side back. All due to Elect, gas and water coming together in one place on the right middle that is also the laundry room. I hope that makes sense. Please and take your time.

You have great talents, not only designing the floor plans, but the 3D graphics as well! Adding furniture helps me conceptualize how my furniture will fit!
Awesome! The only change I'd even consider is bumping the fridge a smidge so the stairs could open to the kitchen aswell. Placement of the back door and fire safety and all that jazz. Love everything about this plan.

Love the cottage, but struggled with the design as to why 2 full baths on the lower level?
The only thing I would change is the second full bath on the main floor. If the primary has its own bath, you only need a 1/2 bath for the guest. That would provide the space for 2 sinks and a larger shower in the primary. Other than that - it’s perfect.
Your idea is great, it will definitely help me a lot for the next ideas
