- Queenstown on New Zealand's South Island is a fantastic place to visit summer or winter, with its beautiful lakefront position, surrounding hills and mountains and great activities for visitors. We spent a few days here and did plenty of tramping, including up Ben Lomond (1748m). We also ate at the famous Fergburger, took a spin on the Shotover Jetboat and soaked in the hot tubs at Onsen Pools.

I can't believe the guy cycling up the trail😂 It looked smooth, but quite steep for a bike!
Loving the videos BTW!
Thanks for the comment! Yeah it was pretty steep for a bike - he stopped soon after that point and turned back around :D
Thanks for using my music ❤️
Hey Niya, thanks so much for the amazing work you do creating great music for content creators :) I always head straight to Vlog No Copyright Music when I'm making a new video!
The remnant at the top of Ben Lomond used to be a rather nice plinth, but lightning destroyed it in 2021
Oh wow, that's cool! Pity it's gone, but I can imagine the weather up there can get pretty gnarly :D
Its a good burger 7/10 but not the best burger in NZ or the world. Fergburger pies might be better than their burger.
It was a damn good burger - didn't try the Ferg-pies, next time! Any recommendations for best burgers in NZ?
@@OwenSaysGo If you still in Queenstown I enjoyed the ambience and food at the Cadrona Hotel. They had a good lamb burger as well.
Definitely something to try next time - we drove past the Cadrona but didn't go in this time!
