In today's family farm vlog we had 2 baby goslings unexpectedly hatch in a horse trough and they are super cute!!

Garlic Butter Steak Tips Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 TBSP of olive oil
1 ½ lb sirloin steak cut into small size pieces
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 TBSP of unsalted butter
4-5 cloves minced garlic
1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley fresh(Garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the olive oil to a large skillet & heat it over high heat. Once the olive oil is hot, add the steak tips to it. Season them generously with salt & pepper.
To ensure a good sear on the steak tips, cook for at least 2 minutes before stirring. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they're golden brown.
Transfer the steak tips to a plate & in the same skillet add the butter. Turn the heat down to a medium & once the butter has melted, add the garlic. Cook for about 30 secs while stirring, just until the garlic starts to brown.
Pour the garlic butter over the steak tips and mix well. Garnish with parsley & enjoy.

Pretzel, & sour cream are two proud mama's. The staff meeting Scott,Peaches,& Nugget had was about sneaking some of those beautiful hydrangea's,out on moving day,to the new farm.

That's so sweet that Pringles & sour cream are raising the new goslings together! I have barn cats that have done that. They delivered at the same time. Can't even distinguish which babies belong to which momma! Lol But they love it. They even take turns nursing all of the kittens, and take turns teaching all the babies how to catch mice! God bless y'all!

You have the most beautiful little farm. I love how MariCarl is a chicken and water foul expert. What a joy it must be to wake up everyday in a beautiful place full of God's creatures who cheer when they see you coming. You have certainly done yourselves proud. I just have to say, I follow about a 1/2 dozen farm n family Vloggers. Cog Hill Farms by far is my favorite. This family has my full attention during each episode. They always leave me smiling when they sign off. Everything they do and say comes right from the heart. Won't it be exciting to follow them in their new adventure?

I've never seen a peacock have their fan open more than your peacock, it's beautiful! I've seen a couple of homesteads have big turkeys as their mascot, and one had llamas, but I love Your mascot Nugget the best! He's just the coolest! I love watching him run up and down the road like a roadrunner, it just cracks me up every time! I love your whole Family, you're just the best people! 💗💕💗

Thank you for sharing your homestead life with us. It helps me relax so much to see the animals and the way your whole family loves them. My mom passed away in March and my dad is about to follow. It's nice to have this distraction. God bless and good health to you all.

I had to explain the roles of Peaches, Nugget and Scott on your farm to my family this morning because their little staff meeting had me laughing out loud and my family wanted to know what was so funny. I just ordered my hat. So happy to get a lavender ponytail hat. My hair is always in a ponytail when at home doing yard work and feeding the chickens and dogs. The humidity here is terrible! Maybe the dump truck sound set Nugget in fast motion. He can get it for sure. Ya'll Stay Safe and God Bless.

I love Nugget and Scot. They are so sweet but love all of the animals. Reminds me of our house when I was a little girl. We had Rabbits and Chickens. We had the little bantams and silkies. You can cut some clippings and root the Hydrangeas. That meal looks so good. Such a beautiful farm. Y'all are so blessed.

I love watching Nugget run. There’s an egg under the horse trough at the front of the geese. I think Joe wanted to adjust the spools positioning a little. Scott's road block did not work to stop the "Alarm System"!! That one rooster was giving a warning about speeding Nugget! All the " aunt and uncle geese" are doing the walk by in the background to observe the new babies arrival into the world!! That wheelbarrow is different! I like it! Have a blessed day!

Take cuttings of the hydrangeas now, I've been doing this to insure the only shrub of my mom's will continue for generations and I live in Houston and it is hot and humid and four out of five cuttings rooted!!! Take something from the home of the past to the new home, memories, you'll be glad you did!!!
