If my first husband was living today would be his 86th birthday I know he is celebrating in heaven with Jesus. I will be taking new flowers to his grave today. Please pray for my sister she will be joining him in heaven soon, cancer has beaten her and she is very weak and in so much pain.
It also means a lot to us( your audience) that we get to share your farm and Family life . When you’re on the other side, you let your goats have their babies right in with all the animals I didn’t know you had to keep the babies out unless your babies are out with his big goats. I was wondering why you were keeping the babies out of there now they’re not gonna have Mildred for an aunt Mildred to jump on.

YES I do. it is so nice to see people living a quite nice life not saying they don't have problems. But they go work fix what needs fixing.. No fighting Yelling and with Marycarl they support her Not make her do what she not comfortable doing.. It is Going to be a LONG WEEK! After dinner on July 4th, I spent time telling my family about Cog Hill Farm and all the animals. Those animals know that they are loved and they return that love. I ❤❤❤❤❤ them.

Oh man...No it's y'all too not just the animals. Jason you remind me of my husband. I think y'all would be friends. Soft and nurturing the best quality. I started watching y'all about a year and a half ago! In 2021, I got Covid and was in the hospital for 3 weeks. ICU 10 days! I had to learn to eat, drink, and walk again. I found your channel. My husband would come home during the day to check on me and I would tell him with excitement that I found your channel. I've had something/someone to bless me along my journey! I just finished asking my husband yesterday, "Do you remember when I found this channel?" I do believe you have a calling! Much love to y'all! 🙏😍🌈

My maternal grandparents were ranchers in SE OKlahoma. He was born in 1880 and was a Territorial Sheriff in Indian Territory, OK. He wore denim overalls, a long-sleeved cotton shirt, and a denim jeans jacket year-round. He claimed that your body sweating inside the long sleeve shirt and jacket with the overalls kept your body cool due to evaporation of the sweat. He passed away in 1950--before I was born--so I never met him. However I have been to the ranch of an uncle in SE OK several times in the summertime. In his late 80s, he still did all of the daily chores. One summer, he was out in a pasture when we arrived. It was 112 degrees--and he was burning stumps. He was dressed like my grandfather did, and claimed he was very comfortable. He carried water with him, but the heat never seemed to bother him.
When I was a kid, I would go out with my grandfather to his land outside of town. We would cut musk thistle (an invasive weed). My grandfather would hire an old man from the village to go out with us, and this guy always wore overalls, a long sleeve shirt and a jacket. I was staring in disbelieve as the summer in Nebraska is hot and humid. For lunch, this old man drank hot coffee he brought along in a thermos. I could not understand how that old man survived. But he had no problem and was a hard worker who I admired.
Just to let y’all know that you truly are appreciated. My 3 favorite channels to watch are Lester’s, Jami’s and yours, not necessarily in that order. If I didn’t have to do housework and cooking dinner and a few other things that life brings with it I’d be sitting all day long watching all y’all. I just love my Smith and Morrow families. You all just make my day so much more enjoyable. I don’t always comment but I do always leave a “like”. If they had a love button I’d be tapping on it instead. Just like everyone said on here its just not the animals that we enjoy watching, its you and Brooke, we all love and care about you. I started watching when you first bought that property, and I haven't stopped watching. My 4 yr old great grandson was murdered 2 yrs ago in September and your video's helped me not to think about anything, even if it was only 30 minutes or and hour, I thank you for that. I noticed the last time you moved the coop some of the chickens were out and they followed the coop. I was amazed. lol I don't know about chicken habits but it just suprised me that they did that.And also, yes it is fun watching the animals, but don't misunderstand, because it is you and Brooke that makes it worth watching because you are so positive and funny, and just heartwarming people. You remind me and I'm sure others, of my growing up with my family, aunts, uncles and grandparents. We would just laugh and have a good time doing the most normal things. I haven't had that in many years and you bring it all back to me. So don't think it is just the animals we come to see. It is your family that brings the good feelings.
My son has a pool business. His feet and ankles are, just like yours, Brook, looks like Casper’s. I’ve never seen such white feet on anyone, like his, now, I know there’s two. Growing up we had a Duroc pig and she was house trained. She was attached to me and when she was a baby she would lay on my back and watch tv with me. She loved watching tv and she ruled the house with our dog. Our poodle knew to stay away from Petunia. She was so fun. She knew or sensed when we would come home from school and could hear her a couple houses down crying from us. She loved it when it was time to irrigate the lawn . Fun memories

I left home at 17 and have lived in over half of the states. Watching this channel is like going home. The idioms and cadence of your speech reminds me of people in my hometown. The stories you tell take me back to going to the feed store, gas station, or sitting at the local diner listening to the farmers talk with my Dad. Watching you do chores reminds me of when I was able to work with animals and be outside all day. Your channel is one of my happy places.

Yes on the long sleeves. I married into a farm family and both husband and wife wore long sleeves and large brimed straw hats. Mother inlaw also wore white gloves. I thought they were nuts. It is cooler after you start to sweat. Pigs were used on our farm to make a small pond water tight. They will smooth the soil so it holds water. They were moved after it started filling up.

My maternal grandparents were ranchers in SE OKlahoma. He was born in 1880 and was a Territorial Sheriff in Indian Territory, OK. He wore denim overalls, a long-sleeved cotton shirt, and a denim jeans jacket year-round. He claimed that your body sweating inside the long sleeve shirt and jacket with the overalls kept your body cool due to evaporation of the sweat. He passed away in 1950--before I was born--so I never met him. However I have been to the ranch of an uncle in SE OK several times in the summertime. In his late 80s, he still did all of the daily chores. One summer, he was out in a pasture when we arrived. It was 112 degrees--and he was burning stumps. He was dressed like my grandfather did, and claimed he was very comfortable. He carried water with him, but the heat never seemed to bother him.
When I was a kid, I would go out with my grandfather to his land outside of town. We would cut musk thistle (an invasive weed). My grandfather would hire an old man from the village to go out with us, and this guy always wore overalls, a long sleeve shirt and a jacket. I was staring in disbelieve as the summer in Nebraska is hot and humid. For lunch, this old man drank hot coffee he brought along in a thermos. I could not understand how that old man survived. But he had no problem and was a hard worker who I admired.

Just to let y’all know that you truly are appreciated. My 3 favorite channels to watch are Lester’s, Jami’s and yours, not necessarily in that order. If I didn’t have to do housework and cooking dinner and a few other things that life brings with it I’d be sitting all day long watching all y’all. I just love my Smith and Morrow families. You all just make my day so much more enjoyable. I don’t always comment but I do always leave a “like”. If they had a love button I’d be tapping on it instead. Just like everyone said on here its just not the animals that we enjoy watching, its you and Brooke, we all love and care about you. I started watching when you first bought that property, and I haven't stopped watching. My 4 yr old great grandson was murdered 2 yrs ago in September and your video's helped me not to think about anything, even if it was only 30 minutes or and hour, I thank you for that. You guys deserve time off everyone needs to recharge sometimes, enjoy your time off and put that camera down lol. Love and health to you and Brooke!

I noticed the last time you moved the coop some of the chickens were out and they followed the coop. I was amazed. lol I don't know about chicken habits but it just suprised me that they did that.And also, yes it is fun watching the animals, but don't misunderstand, because it is you and Brooke that makes it worth watching because you are so positive and funny, and just heartwarming people. You remind me and I'm sure others, of my growing up with my family, aunts, uncles and grandparents. We would just laugh and have a good time doing the most normal things. I haven't had that in many years and you bring it all back to me. So don't think it is just the animals we come to see. It is your family that brings the good feelings.
That’s true. Had a heat problem on vacation in Mexico and where i used to love the heat it will quickly make me physically ill now.
My son has a pool business. His feet and ankles are, just like yours, Brook, looks like Casper’s. I’ve never seen such white feet on anyone, like his, now, I know there’s two. I love y’all’s channel and the way y’all treat and love your animals. Seeing Jason love and talk to them warms my heart. You can tell they love y’all back. I love it when Mildred tries to give y’all sugar. They are truly the most luckiest animals. Enjoy y’all’s down time.

Jason you choked me up when you got so choked up! We DO love you all! And Brooke, yes oh my we’ve fallen in love with the animals! BUT your smiles, laughter and creativity on top of all the love you are spreading around is why we watch you. You talk to your animals and even have made up conversations with them and it just keeps the smiles on our faces!!! You treat them just like the sweet souls they are which is such a blessing and almost always cracks us up as you interact with them!!! And you are family to us!! Growing up we had a Duroc pig and she was house trained. She was attached to me and when she was a baby she would lay on my back and watch tv with me. She loved watching tv and she ruled the house with our dog. Our poodle knew to stay away from Petunia. She was so fun. She knew or sensed when we would come home from school and could hear her a couple houses down crying from us. She loved it when it was time to irrigate the lawn . Fun memories

I left home at 17 and have lived in over half of the states. Watching this channel is like going home. The idioms and cadence of your speech reminds me of people in my hometown. The stories you tell take me back to going to the feed store, gas station, or sitting at the local diner listening to the farmers talk with my Dad. Watching you do chores reminds me of when I was able to work with animals and be outside all day. Your channel is one of my happy places.

Yes on the long sleeves. I married into a farm family and both husband and wife wore long sleeves and large brimed straw hats. Mother inlaw also wore white gloves. I thought they were nuts. It is cooler after you start to sweat. Pigs were used on our farm to make a small pond water tight. They will smooth the soil so it holds water. They were moved after it started filling up.
I received my candle. I have never had a candle that smelled so good. You all are awesome. Enjoy your vacation. You have earned it.
