Love this meditation Alice. It is very positive. A good reminder to take time to be with myself each day rather than be beside myself and therefore not in my body and not in the present moment. Through doing lots of inner work, I am no longer afraid of myself and my thoughts. I know that I am okay. I am better than okay.

Thank you Alice for these videos. I'm a new subscriber and watching your previous videos as well. Did/do you have any sinus issues as well as the tinnitus. I have fullness in my ear and some congestion as well as both ears feeling blocked as though in a plane. The ENT says it's migraines but I have no headache. Wondering if you experience similar symptoms.

I have this with one ear and no matter what I try I can’t unblock it and get rid of that sense of fullness

Have a look into Otosclerosis as well, my doctor mentioned it and it has very similar symptoms to what you described

@@DanasDiary. thanks for that info. I had a hearing test and my hearing is way above normal. I also don't have any balance issues. Good luck, I hope you get answers soon!

Sorry for my delayed response! I did have sinus issues for quite some time prior to getting tinnitus and I also had fluid in my ears when tinnitus first entered my life. I have had all kinds of ear fullness and weird symptoms as well, many other people also experience what you have described. I hope my videos have been helpful and i hope you are doing okay!
