A 43 yr old woman is old enough to know better , she was in this “relationship “ for the long haul and remember she isn’t the one that ended things, Vince had to because a lot of people found out and promised to pay her 3 million (which she earned every penny) to go away and never talk but for whatever reason Vince only gave her 1 mil and now she is pissed and will probably be writing a book soon.
Problem is, the 43 year old was financially on the verge of bankruptcy dealling with her parents death, and Vince knew that and held it over someone. Point being, if you have to threaten some with their employment to maintain a relationship.... its not really a relationship

Not saying Vince is innocent but it’s crazy to me how victims in this situation can take any evidence against them and just say they were forced to do it. Whether it’s texts, pictures, videos, or letters the victim can always say they were forced no matter the situation to discredit the defendant.

On page 36 of the initial lawsuit, it explains that Jenell Grant was coerced to write these love letters. Yet people are now acting as if this letter is some sort of revelation that changes the whole case. Even if you believe that Grant is lying, it's not like this is a surprise.
If she is lying then you would have to consider what else she could of lied about. If she did love letters why did she not bring them up that makes her look bad.
preemptively saying that evidence you know that exists that is detrimental to your case is false or coerced is a common enough strategy
Her story sounded good. A young woman whos parents just died being forced to be a $ex slave to live. I'm damn near 100% certain she's completely innocent. Vince is your classic sexual predator. They don't go after strong minded women, they go after weak minded ones. She was probably already the type that found it very difficult to say no, and with a powerful man like Vince threatening to ruin you if you become a problem, that makes it a LOT more difficult. I've heard plenty of stories about Vince over the years, he's not right in the head. Very weird guy, and a control freak on top of that. He's also got quite a history of allegations against him.
