Thanks. This video has been an amazing help to my range of motion issues due to MS. Relaxing into the exercise forms has been the key. Trying too much to hold still was self defeating. Thank again.
This helped both my body and my mind several times. It worked after disc herniation when other suggested methods of exercise failed me and brought me pain. This relieved it. Thank you!
thank you for this..I've tried doing yoga and was told o could not do yoga if i cant take off my shoes...i need the support due to a previous broken foot. i cant do much barefoot.
Yay, I found this again, my favourite that I forgot to save years ago. Sometimes I'm not well enough to complete the whole thing but I found last time that it helped strengthen my muscles as well as relaxing them, I now have a rib that keeps sublaxing, hopefully this will strengthen my back muscles to keep it in place. Thank you :)
I'm younger than all the people on the video, but they are in better shape than me. Due to past injuries I can't get down on the floor and I can't sit like that. I may try it laying down.
