Thank you so much for this video! I practice yoga almost everyday, but today when exercising, i dislocated my knee. This put me out of the running for at least six weeks. It's wonderful to see how you show you can still do yoga when you can't use your legs, whether that's permanently or for a short amount of time like me. Massive respect!❤

Thought my life was over after a drunk driver crippled me but I’m so happy to see beautiful women adapting and doing what they love still. It makes me soooo HOPEFUL 🎉

I liked the video; the pace is a little slow too for me, though. I do have an Adaptive Yoga Certification in Vinyasa, so that's probably why I think the tempo is to slow
