Ok nice workout however I think it would be better if the beginning was normal for the warm up, not tabata style, no time in between to get into the position of the stretches

I usually love tabata workout, especially with Inger but this one has too many repetitions for me
Just go at your own pace, do as many reps as you are able to do and build up to doing the whole work out.
