Anyone who is natural and hasnt been training for 8+ years should NOT be doing this much volume, at that point youre not getting anything from it and are going to be wasting time, energy, and highering your risk of pulling a muscle.
the mental strength this dude has in incredible... it looks like near torture to keep yourself so motivated while lacking food for so many weeks. but will definitely pay off and a great example to us all. go chris

Sometimes reserving cardio for after a leg training session seems like a pretty handy tip, especially during prep. Been doing regular fasted cardio for quite some time , had legs today and the squats seemed to hammer my CNS like hell, . You know what they say, you either win or you learn.
I know it’s still hard but it’s probably so comforting and fun to have just a whole gym to yourself, no people talking to you no need to wait for a machine and just do what you want.
You will definitely beat yourself from last year. You’re so focused, living it literally. There’s no way you’ll lose, you’ll win the Olympia again, I hope you do Chris.
That was a killer of a workout. Incredible stamina being so depleted. I wouldn't have been able to endure that even in my best of days. This is a champ a 5 timer.
The belt squat is absolutely heaven for us guys that can’t squat deep due to ankle mobility and long femurs. We can do down without worrying about our lower back
For some reason, I'm always on a cut around the time you're cutting, so it's great to come see you feel similar things as I am. It helps, I eat, watch Cbum, and then sleep.
