@@leevosh the new tech looks nice and sleek but a gym full of it is very commercial. I would prefer a mix of everything because there’s good machines from every company and vice versa.

Nice to see the Smith in action. As an old geezer who trains alone, the Smith provides for me safety, rehab capabilities, and excellent resistance. (I’ve been weight training since 1966 and have used just about every type of exercise equipment. The Smith is really great.)
I couldn't agree more old timer. That being said the free weights will get you ripped up much faster though with a far higher risk of injury, especially when training alone.

Those equipments are soooooo smooth
Panatta equipment has some of the best pieces. Their pullover machine and some of their shoulder machines are the best machines I’ve ever used
