    It really is wild to look back at just how many of the top tier names in wrestling spent time working for Jerry. When you think about it it’s wild to wonder just what would’ve happened for so many people if they didn’t get a chance from Jerry they did. The amount of people who became stars that got an opportunity to develop their craft at their early stages at a time where there wasn’t an NXT to do so is wild. Without someone who would give them a chance from their beginning do they ever ascend to what they do? A man who left a huge impact on the industry in his career.

    Your dad's great TV show always gave me and my friends something to look forward to every Saturday morning while growing up in the '80s. I know that he had to be super proud to watch your match with Flair in Nashville in-person a few months ago. RIP Legend.

    This is such a wonderful tribute. Prayers for Jeff and the rest of the family. Jerry and Tojo were such a big part of my childhood. All of the comments were so warm and heartfelt. I was touched by Vince Russo's comments. You could tell he meant what he said too.

    I've learned that part of a legacy is what people will go out of their way to say about you when you are gone. Here is proof that Jerry Jarrett has a great legacy. Let me add my condolences, and thanks to Jerry for helping Mid-South Wrestling by helping Watts bring in the "bj's" with stars-to-be like the Rock & Roll Express, Midnight Express, Terry Taylor and more, revitalizing the territory. Thanks for taking a chance with a small guy with a big mouth named Jim Cornette, thanks for being the guy so many mentioned in this video. RIP

      @noahhenson7686 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Yeah that kinda rubbed me the wrong way too.
      The only thing I’m thinking is maybe they’re contractually obligated to do so many weeks of like AG, & other shit like that. (Assuming they won’t do a real show this week)
      But the stuff at the beginning promoting conrads stuff was too much.
      Nonetheless rip to Jerry, & hope Jeff can find some inner peace in a troubling time.
      But yeah maybe next time lets cool the ads on a memorial piece

    RIP. So glad I got to meet Jerry Jarrett for a few minutes.
    I forgot how much Tom and Bruce sound alike.
    Glad Mark James is a part of this. The guy before him, not so much, but I guess Jerry was a Christian and believed in forgiveness.

    No Cornette, huh? Interesting. He probably doesn’t want anything to do with Conrad since he is in Brian Last’s podcast world. I say this with all due respect. Also, Jim has already said everything he is gonna say about Jerry on his podcast. If anyone wants to hear his thoughts, go look up the video on his TH-cam channel. Fair warning - it is roughly 90 minutes long. Absolutely worth the listen though.

    Sometimes family might stick around when they pass. Sometimes they bring family that passed as well. There's a tradition in some places where folks cook for relatives that have taken the next step. I hope that's okay to say here. Also it's hard to cook for that many people but they sure do appreciate it. It sure is wild to try and figure out. Especially when the dog gets a bowl and starts crunching on that food. That's the scariest of the entire thing. If someone woulda warned me i woulda ran away a long time ago. It takes a long time to heal and maybe we never do. But what if they miss us more than we miss them?
    What do we do now?
    Help the King of the Mountain carry that load to the top of the mountain. Squash the mountain. Keep building. 😊 Much love, healing strength, and respect.
