- It's MQB Monday and we are back with another Dyno data video! So, if you are wondering if meth injection is worth it or not, this is the video for you!
We put the a3 back on the dyno to show you the power differences between Stage 2 93 octane NO meth, and Stage 2 93 octane With meth. We then, take it one step further to show you how big of a difference it can make when your Tuner adjusts your timing based on fueling!

I'm really glad somebody finally came out to show the differences I've been recommended mess injection by multiple different tuners but nobody's been able to show a true reason as to why we do it thank you so much for your time Trent! Great information

One added benefit that is not mentioned about water/meth injection is it will, or should keep the intake valve stems and intake ports free of carbon build up.
Curious how much additional timing you've added between 93 octane and meth with high timing
Would love to see this same test done with an S4 to see how the gains are with a SC, and with IAT difference shown as well.

Get er done 😉 In process of putting AWE's catback touring exhaust, APR's Heat Exchanger, Cold air intake and Ultracharger, along with 034's Dual Pulleys on my 2015 s4 right now. Water/Meth is something I am planning on doing if the IAT's and gains are worth it. Never had Meth on a car before and am really curious if the gains are safe and worth the price and how much of a hassle using it is. Snow is the system I am considering so any more info on all of that and what to go with and how well it works is greatly appreciated.
@@Imnuktam I'll make it happen. Meth kit is sitting on the shelf. Just need to finish development on the TTS. Then I can get back to the b8 platform.

You didnt log duty cycle for you lpfp or hpfp.
Is that turbo flutter sound in the begging of the rev range? What causes that bro?
Sadly yes it is. What is happening is too high of a boost too early. This won't happen in normal driving conditions. I make it intentionally for the dyno-run purposes.

What's the mixture of meth/water that you've used in the test?
50/50 from ecs, I believe it's called boost juice or something like that.
