Hello Mr school boy sir if ur male back leg is dislocated but when I walk with him he's don't showing he's in pain . What type of training is needed for longevity only have 3half leg
@zaydianberry8609 Hello. If it's permanent then I would suggest light workouts,only handwalking. Nothing stressful. If it's not permanent wait for it to heal before doing workouts.
