    Guys if you're going to present wearing a mask, then wear a microphone as well as it was very difficult to hear you. Besides that, love the Grenadier, I've already registered my spot. Can't wait!

    please tell us about the reliability and the longevity of the car. cost of service and availability of parts if broken. I want this car and want to keep it for years to come. for me it is either this or the 70 series Landcruiser in Australia. I prefer something more updated

    If for some reason a driver stopped the Grenadier on the roadside in poor conditions at night and opened both rear doors the main rear lights would be obscured. only numberplate lights and small reflectors to warn oncoming traffic. This could be fixed with some lighting in rear bumper.

    • @jdenmark1287
      @jdenmark1287 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      And if the driver was standing there, those bumper lights would be obscured. Covering the driver with reflective tape and Christmas lights would be an easy fix.

    That BMW shifter is the first thing to go, if I buy one... It looks terribly out of place and is what's in my mother's cheap low end BMW.. I don't want it in my 4x4 lol

    Something the presenter just said doesn't sit right. No OEM Satnav but they're relying on Apple Carplay or Google Auto... Do they still work if you don't have a cell phone signal and you only have a GPS satellite signal.

    • @rsoul7282
      @rsoul7282 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Very good point, my vehicle has Apple CarPlay, which works very well, but I still carry a Garmin as a backup for when it has no signal, and a Zoleo too. If that doesn’t work it’s on to smoke signals, and yelling for help really loudly.

      It depends upon what Navigation App you are running on your iPhone or Android phone. There are Apps available that allow you to download the map data directly to your phone and from then on you only need the GPS (satellite visibility), signal to have navigation working - no cellular reception required.

      @@rsoul7282 I'm fairly sure TomTom for iOS doesn't need mobile data for nav as the maps are stored on the phone. Obviously need data for the traffic warnings though.

    Does the Grenadiers' climate control have an automatic anti air pollution filter? (So it switches to internal air circulation if the sensor detects air pollution).

    Whenever in INEOS talks about the Grenadier, they talk about the Diesel…Sadly…Notwithstanding the fact that the Diesel isn’t coming to North America, if the petrol engine is so great, why don’t we hear anything about it? If INEOS really hopes to sell the petrol (gas) powered version in North America to anybody but soccer moms, as mall crawlers,, they had better ‘up’ their game… (I’ve paid my down payment and reserved a spot… For now!)

    This product need 6 more Features that will allow it to truly be a compelling product
    1 remote start
    2 keyless entry and start ( in the great outdoors I should not have to take out my gloves and fight with my phone and wallet in my jeans pocket to get the keys to start the car in the freezing cold)
    3 wireless charging for cell phones
    4 more cup holders 2 for each passenger : water and a slurpy
    5 multiple USB ports
    6 an optional rear bench seat that could accommodate 2 kids that could be clipped in or clipped out . Entry to the rear would only need to be on one side of the mid row seats keep the batteries on the other side. Or from the small split door at the back
    7 and maybe put another one of those clipping racks on top of each of the front fenders ( this is more of a nice to have )
    With these features I think this would fly of the shelf and these features would add less that $100 to production cost the technology is readily available and adds more utility to the product
