The problem with cordless tools is the ecosystem… being so late to the party and having no compatibility with existing batteries means they’ll only appeal to customers starting out. And I’ll doubt they’ll match “City in Wisconsin” for durability and quality. Good luck to them, all the same.

Also their pnuematic 1/2 mini (not stubby) impact wrench thats 1.3kg & spins 11,500rpm. Try beating that with a battery impact 😅. Light, nimble and super fast. I have 7 tool truck pneumatic impacts and the little composite kinner is muh favourite for general auto use.
I bought a Kinchrome mechanic bits set about 3 months ago and as someone that works everything, they're fucking awesome. The socket set I've had for almost 2 years now is the same deal. They don't fuck around with quality or thought and that is what it is about tbh.
LOOKING FORWARD to seeing how they compare/last. Is there any idea how long the battery platform will be available for before being changed and obsolete?(will they offer an adapter if so?) Definitely looks to be aimed at the home DIY level to take on Ryobi. The grinder tells me that as alot of work places / sites have rules that grinders cant have that locking button to keep it turned on
Are the batteries compatible with the new EU Standard? And if not, then why bother introducing a new battery standard that will essentially be obsolete in a few years?
