Great tones and music! Sorry to hear the "Sweetness" patch got lost, but thanks for the suggestions to recreate it. Please let us know when you get more tones uploaded! They are awesome!
Sean Halley is exactly as I've said before -THE BEST demo person Line 6 has. If he's a freelance guys or on the regular L6 payroll - no matter...he really has terrific chops. feel, & very tasty licks!! Oddly - in this demo, he didn't say a single word, but the message seemed pretty clear to me. If you are able to dial in all the POD HD settings using POD EDIT as shown (probably on a HD500, & the guitar settings (presuming none are altered from the defaults specs). All ya need then are his chops!
Wow! Way Cool!!! I'm a big fan! your videos keep me inspired. I own the DT-50 2/12 Amp, Pod HD 500, next is my JTV Guitar! I like that your video also includes settings and links to Sean's sounds. In depth videos of how to use this phenomenal "Dream Rig" as well as creating great sounds with it, is key for me. It would be great to also have backing tracks in these awesome videos available. To Sean and the rest of the Line 6 Team, Keep up the good work! ;-)
Thanks guys :-) The "Sweetness" patch got lost somewhere, but it had zero fx on it (reverb came from Pro Tools), and was only the magnetic pickups - at some point I'll try and recreate it, but I'm betting that it was probably the AC15 pre into Voicing II on the DT50....I'll keep you posted.
I love the tone of the guitar in the intro - would it be possible to get those patches as well (assuming that they were recorded with this setup of course). Hoping that the 'Sweetness' patches will be soon too - that lead tone is killer!
Yes - I agee 100% with the post already here stating a "like" for postsing the link to Sean's sound pages so anyone can simply download his patches and go with it. Or in the best style of Line 6...Tweak it to your own playing preferences and style. My only wish for those not familair w/the HD500 & other HD units having the same features - not one mention about Sean using the onboard looper for all the songs he playing. Did he loop on the "fly"? No idea, but it the functionality is there.
Nice. Line 6, would you please provide the patch details (customtone link?) for the tone at the top of these videos (first 20 seconds)? That tone is superb. Thanks!
Great job on this video! When is Line 6 going to start producing "The Line 6 Dream Rig: On The Stage" videos? Sure this sounds great in the studio but what about live configurations?
It would definitely be my dream rig if there were no tubes. I get it. I know why Line 6 felt like they had to do tubes but couldn't you offer a solid state version too?
Hey Ray, I'm with you! I Got the DT50 Head and POD HD500 and shopping for my JTV Variax guitar. I'm just having the problem with which model? Wish I could buy one of each, but that's not going to happen, but hey, just wanted to say HI,,peace,,,J
Excellent stuff throughout, but "SkaTellie" was absolutely awesome. If that gets turned into a recorded track, I won't be able to throw my money at the screen fast enough.
Haha and who are you to tell people what they should and shouldn't have taste in? What makes your taste in music any better than someone who likes metal? Don't be so close minded.

Simply amazing! I love watching the guys at Line 6 amaze me all the time!
Scott - totally agree. Love the space between the notes.

Great playing as always Sean!
Thanks guys :-)

Sean, you're amazing! I'm a huge fan yours!
Why are these tones so much better than anything else I've heard?
Thanks for another amazing video and hope to see the patches at customtone soon :D
All I need now it's a DT50 and I'm set :D
Oh I was going crazy looking for that sweetness patch. Just saw it was lost.
Very nice shoes Sean ! Nice vid' again.
Just very, very cool!!!

Hey beautiful sound man.
I can't find the sound called "sweetness" though.
I really love that sound.

Check out Part I for something that may resemble what you're asking for.

No you have to use the volume or tone knobs to get the trem effect.
I just tested it - seems to work fine?
I can confirm this.
Where did the tones go? I can't find any from this set. I have a HD500.
The URL in the beginning of the video doesn't work
I got a question. Does the Les Paul model Variax have a Trem arm?
Excellent stuff throughout, but "SkaTellie" was absolutely awesome. If that gets turned into a recorded track, I won't be able to throw my money at the screen fast enough.
4 pages of patches, none of which are named "sweetness".
Any chance of re-uploading? please...
nice
Looks like a good video.....now if I can only hear the audio!
Where can we get the *sweetness patch* ???
Which guitar model is the black one? Amazing axe
That's the JTV-59.
Thanks! Amazing guitar
Can some kind person please email to me or better yet re-upload the *sweetness* patch?
will you be my guitar teacher?? lol
I would hope that by now Line 6 would be moving away from the middle school crowd.
Haha and who are you to tell people what they should and shouldn't have taste in? What makes your taste in music any better than someone who likes metal? Don't be so close minded.
Either middle school-age, or those adults that haven't quite developed a sense of taste.
What does that even mean? Only middle schoolers listen to metal?
Ofcourse no metal demo! Figures
