@@latzkoworks I appreciate you doing it mate. It's really important to put the forks back together in the correct sequence, and your video is clear and precise.
Hi if you can give me advice much appreciated, I am.doing this job ,I removed the upper fork from the bottom exactly like you did it ,both bush ring came out ,the washer and the seal ,but when I try to clean the bottom piece another 3rd ring bush came out .......only asking because on your video I can see only 2 bush rings
@@latzkoworks thanks yes after 2-3 hours I understood it ,on gen 2 2007 there is 3 bushes ,the 3rd one is rest in the middle of the bottom piece..... thanks
@@latzkoworks Hello, thanks for your answer, yes, it could be the springs that are tired, I have a problem with the starter motor, could you show me how to get to it to remove it?
Hello, nothing special. Just install the inner parts in the right sequence, hold all them horizontally, and push them together. After that you should lift up a little bit the upper end, and turn the bolt in.
Good video, I saw that jack set up. Question, Is it ok to do that. I noticed you didn't take the faring off. I do notice two stud like surface on the bottom. Is that the jack placement? Thx
Thanks for sharing this. I am doing my seals and I will be following your sequence.
Thank you for watching my video!

Hello, yes, in some types there is one more bushing ring, so one on the inner tube end and two at the top of the bottom part.

You are right ✌️
Hi, I saw your videos about fjr front forks, You are using a repsol 5 w ? Is not a 10w? In My bike I using a 10w and is so soft..
Hello, in the repair manual was written the 5w. The original springs used to be too soft after time.

@@alvarosilva8077 about the starter motor: I can't tell you anything, I did not removed it from this bike.
What year is this bike? I'm my forks are stuck and I can't remove them to replace the bushings on my '06 Fjr!
Hello, as I remember it was from 2003.
Same here. Got it unstuck. Did you put all 3 bushings back in or did you leave the middle one out.
Hello, I have only replaced the sealing, have put all the original parts back.
I'm struggling to get the bolt back in the bottom of the fork. Is there something that I'm doing wrong.
I have an fjr1300

Hello, I always used to lift up the bike there, no problem, no damages. Thanks for watching!
