I’m starting pre-reqs this fall to apply to a BSN program. This episode was very inspiring. I’m 26 so feeling behind already but like Tayler said.. just do it. 10 years will pass by anyway. Might as well pass the time pursuing a goal.
thank you beauties for your insight very helpful barely finished my first semester in ADN school thinking about my future and don’t want to waste anymore time 💖💖💖
Love CRNA’s, but I clicked on this because I thought yall were going to also discuss Nurse Practitioners. Currently an Aesthetic NP and own my own practice. I would love to see an episode on Entrepreneurship.
I loved this conversation very insightful. Tayloer went to UAB and I’ll be starting there in January. For my BSN so excited. Beautiful and educated women !!!
love this! thanks for sharing. Im currently in an ABSN program, just landed a job as a nurse's aide in the ICU and hopefully will transition into the RN position in Jan, after my NCLEX.
I enjoyed this video!!! I’m very much interested in getting into a program!!! So I am taking all of the advice that I’m seeing. Especially from black women 😊
Can we get a video on if someone chooses a different path in healthcare such as radiology, what pathways they can take? What would be something someone can do for their bachelors , masters etc. Do you know of anyone who has came out of that field and is doing amazing.
So I’m finishing up my ans . I just bought aprnbeauty’s ebook on how to do an accelerated bsn with capella in 8 weeks. But I’m nervous about capellas accreditation and how this will effect my ability to apply to a dnp program in the future. Any advice should I stick to a standard extra year program at a local university (I was really hoping to shave some time off girl ) loved this video y’all look beautiful 💚
I’m confused, what kind of DNP program are you doing? Since you didn’t say, im not sure if it’s a CRNA program or something else. If it’s another career path, I think with certain rigorous programs, you need to be mindful of what school you go to. There’s a lot of discussion about diploma mills- and depending on which degree path you’re on and competitiveness of the field… it could be a disadvantage. Do some searching online as a potential job seeker and see what the employers are saying- unless you want to start your own practice!

exactly that time is going to pass either way! I spent a little over 2 years full time in a PMHNP program, the time literally flew by!
Three beautiful women in a room, loved learning more about CRNA. 🥰
I’m finishing up my ADN RN and plan to work in the ICU in hopes of becoming a CRNA someday. (God willing). You ladies are such an inspiration. ❤
I’m currently a CNA in PN school. I have a long way to go but I’m going to get there. Thanks for this
I love seeing black women in the field!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Great job, Morgan! Love this venture you are embarking on! Keep it up

We did discuss some differences between the programs, but thanks for that feedback!

Accelerated programs are hardddd! If you get through that, you're definitely going to thrive in a CRNA program! Go girlllll

This episode inspired me!!!
Can you tell me what LOCUM is? Is it for ER Nurses as well?
Locum is a term for providers, it’s basically a travel assignment. There’s opportunities in locum in almost every discipline.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I want to return to school to become a PMHNP.
This is my goal by I’ll do CAA if push comes to shove.
Morgan I love you page and all of your social media platforms 🥰🥰😍😍😍😍You definitely representing the nursing girlies in a positive way!
Thank you so much! I really appreciate you following and supporting especiallyyyyy here, it's hard starting a new TH-cam channel lol!

I went to a diversity crna event in Pittsburgh this summer. The srna in this video looks like one of the ladies there.
Amazing! I think Danielle has gone to the events!
For those who don’t want work in the ICU; CAA is an alternative
Do you mean anesthesia associate?
Certified anesthesia assistant
@@morgansandiego 26:40 she mentioned AA here also known as CAA

Hi! The channel is geared towards nursing in terms of the healthcare profession.
