A Demand for Real Estate Agents in the Metaverse

Is there a demand for real estate agents in the Metaverse and is it possible to be a realtor in the metaverse?
You can go into a metaverse today and buy land. The challenges are coming because people are saying, what do I buy, where do I buy? How do I know it's valuable?
This is where expertise comes in because the people that we are helping build up this expertise through our metaverse licensing program and our sell and earn program are people that are becoming experts at understanding and identifying opportunities. Understanding what makes them valuable what increases their value so that you can maybe earn more income whenever you sell it.
There is expertise that is being established in the metaverse which is no different than any expertise developed in the real world. So just because I can do it without a metaverse real estate agent doesn't mean I should, and just because I can doesn't mean I will.
