Hey you forgot to give us the examples of how to create these near me websites? Great ideas like always. If you had to start from scratch again which idea would you pick? IF you look at how much time it needs to get the idea worked out and the money spend. In other words which ideas would you go after which have low entry fee and low maintenance and work put into it. thanks for the videos

There are many ways to monetize a D.R.E. asset. It depends on the kind of traffic you're getting and how much of it. Typically, display ads, affiliate links, or your own product is the best. I've done all of those and having your own product is $$$$$

It sounds like having a little knowledge in some programming language is helpful. Now I'm interested about this online business thing, still figuring out though. This video was literally the first video I watched about it. I had no idea that this was a thing until now. I left a TH-cam Ad playing for long enough and it caught my attention, so I decided to do a quick research on the subject and boom! Found you. One question here, how would a website that filled with scraped content pass the Google Adsense verification?
Because although it may be scraped, it's not copying anything. An address or business name isn't plagiarism. The pages are too thin. The better question is how does a page with such thin content rank?
I'd say because there just isn't any competition for the vast majority of their keywords.

What about using ChatGPT instead of hiring writers?
we'll see if that works long term for people. I've heard Google doesn't like to rank it, but it's nearly impossible for them to tell at this point so... 🤷
