The difference is that i stake my home to earn money. Also i can sell my home ”nft” on second market. Everything is about community.
And i believe that p2e will be very big in the future and have a mc of trillions of dollars. That is why i ha e invested in it. I also invest in other metaverses and crypto i general. But i have been in this for a long time and you should always do your own research and don’t invest what you can afford to lose. Like he says . Some people buy houses to flip and others to live in. Same in the metaverse. My guess is that this will be huge. After this corona we know people work more from home aswell. And if you can have an office in metaverse with an amazing beach front view and sitt in your garage while doing it.
