Great to see people enjoying the figures and games. Thrilled to get the Corvus Belli models back out there. Building a gallic army myself for next year. Simon Hall

Got this box a while ago and it paints up very nicely. Lightweight material makes storage and transport with weak magnets easy to use.
I'd buy more of this stuff and am eyeing up the Gauls box for a second army to provide both sides. Sprinkle in some other 15mm stuff for variety/specific units and it all works nicely.

@Gerry mcCabe I'll keep an eye out for it :)
Note: the box says that 'no basecoat is required' and I painted mine without basecoating. It is true, they take paint well straight onto the material, two thin coats does the job. And I varnish gaming models anyway so did not notice any rubbing off of paint.

I had forgotten how good the Corvus Belli ancients looked.

Decent quantity force for the price but that flash would give me a headache.

They look good but it's the quality of the plastic/resin that concern me, especially being that "ultracast" stuff.

Seems to be much better than GW's Failcast. The 10mm moderns are all very good.

It’s better than the soft plastic that battlefront did. I like metals personally but the material is pretty good got some sassanids
