MEAL PREP WITH ME | Four under 500 calorie lunches | High protein meals

  • Hello Hello Hello and happy Saturday everyone!
    LETS MEAL PREP 4 UNDER 500 CALORIE LUNCHES.
    Uploading on a Saturday feels strange but seeing as this is a meal prep video designed for a Sunday I felt it made way more sense to get it out to you all now!
    So this is a new style of video for me, a little meal prep example of how you can turn one meal into four. This is going to keep your food interesting all week and make that diet feel like less of a…well…diet.
    These dishes have such limited ingredients and are so easy to whip up, the base itself literally takes about 10-15 minutes so hopefully its one you find easy to fit into your schedule!
    I will pop all the ingredients down below too. Just a little note obviously if you are planning on making the four meals I’m sure you will be thinking well what about the left over taco boats and wraps? Firstly, those mission wraps last a lifetime! I have had them in my cupboard well over a week and they’re still going strong. The taco boats will also last if you seal them up but incase you need any other meal ideas for these head to my instagram I have loads (breakfast taco boats, beef wraps, prawn taco boats, just to name a few ideas!).
    INGREDIENTS (base):
    480g Raw chicken
    160g Garlic and herb philadelphia
    8 Bacon Medallions
    1 Red onion
    Salt, pepper and mixed herb seasoning
    OTHERS:
    Salad leaves
    Cucumber
    Cherry tomatos
    1 Mission wrap (ASDA)
    2 Old El Paso Taco Boats
    50g Orzo
    50g Pasta Farfalle

    How do you store the base products? Wouldn't the chicken and bacon go off by Thursday if you cook it on Sunday? x

      Refrigerate them! Chicken can last up to 4 days! X
