    -1 minute rest between rounds-
    Scores: 47, 46, 47 = 140 cals
    Perfect weight for me, 185 would have caused a severe slow down and I would have had to game the row to be ready for the cleans. Shoulders were burning from the push-ups but was able to stay unbroken. Really had to dig in on the rows to stay consistent, especially the last one after getting there about 10 seconds slower than the other two rounds. Give this one a go!
