    Pretty happy with the consistency of the rows. I was definitely hurting on the third one but I believe I only gave up about 10 seconds from the best to worst one. The clean and jerks were quite painful, legs were on fire, couldn’t feel my toes or hands. Think the first round of 15 might have been the slowest although the last 5 of each round were easily the hardest to get through. Went from slipping on my sweat from humidity to freezing my tail off in days span. Give this one a go!
