Installing Aftermarket Handlebars and Controls on your 90's Sea Doo

- The number one comment on our build videos is, where did you get your handlebar set up? Unfortunately all of our builds on the channel so far have featured a full UMI kit which is no longer available and hasn't been for quite some time. If you are lucky enough to find one expect to pay north of $500.00 dollars for the steering system alone which doesn't include handlebars, button holders, of a finger throttle. A full kit with everything ready to bolt on would cost about $850.00 and I'd venture to say that the condition wouldn't be that great. A lot of them have been used for racing and they aren't the cleanest example.
With that in mind we had to figure out how we could make a super clean looking set up without incurring the cost of almost $1000.00 after we powder coated it to a new finish. This kit is a result of that. We think this is a great product for the every day rider looking to get rid of their bulky bar pad and add something new age looking to their 90's Doo.

Grab bar is soft scrub with bleach and a scotch brite pad. Seat cover is from Jet Trim

Something just hit me like a freight train.... beautiful set-up.... I wonder how it would look with a "button plug" in the big round hole of the handlebar clamp? The upper! Make look nice to fill it in with a big black plug. Amazon or 3D print?
