Casual is manageable, people who say casual is unplayable just don't know how to deal with a few bots now and then. Switching to a class with more than 150 hp for a while isnt that hard.

Their dispensers will drain much more quickly this way as well, from all the re-upgrading needing to be done. Red-tape can de-level a large nest like this very quickly. Consistent pressure may stop them from rebuilding as well, as red tape resets any upgrade progress made on a building even if it doesn't successfully de-level it
@@snoulguy This is what the red tape was made for. You go in, delevel a few buildings, wash, rinse, repeat. Soon you have a bunch of level 1s instead of level 3s and it's a lot easier to go in as Demo and mop them up.
In order to destroy a huge sentry nest, you'll need both stock uber and quick-fix uber. Stock for the invincibility of course and quick-fix for knockback immunity. And pyro is a more preferable pocket, since he can hit more sentries in a wider range.

eeey it's the one thousand uncles server. gotta say it was surprisingly fun playing with this (sans playing scout, sniper, spy, or pyro at all) playing soldier with banners or demo lochnload gets you pretty far mostly
Dragon's Fury does insane damage on buildings since all of its attacks deal triple damage to them (as if they were on fire), so if you can get a DF pyro or two ubered in you can liquefy nests like this due to its infinite penetration.

I think I have a solution to this Engie horde. Admittedly it’s a little out there. 1 Heavy. 3 Medics (at least.) 1 Soldier (at least.) 2 Demoman (at least.) 1 Engineer (at least.) From there, pick whatever class. Heavy can use any Minigun and secondary he wants (though I’d go with Brass Beast + Sandvich for extra damage output and the ability to heal teammates), but for melee he *MUST* have the *Fists of Steel,* and *should regularly have them out.* This will significantly reduce the damage from Sentries. 2 of the at least 3 Medics will be pocketing the Heavy with the *Vaccinator, with one set to bullet resist and the other to rocket resist.* They can use their Übers whenever, but the end goal of this is to make a target who can soak a lot of aggro for a relatively significant amount of time. The other Medic(s) are around to heal the rest of the team as needed, but should have the *Stock Medigun.* They may also help Über the Heavy to keep him alive when absolutely necessary but that’s really it. The Soldier(s) can use *any rocket launcher that isn’t the Jumper or Liberty Launcher,* but their secondary is *the Battalion’s Backup*, due to it providing *a 50% damage resistance to Sentry Guns* when activated. The target density in this mode means that the *Backup will probably have a very high uptime, and if there’s more than one Soldier they can rotate their Banner calls to ensure the uptime is even longer.* This significant resistance can add a few extra seconds of lifetime for the team, which could make a world of difference. For melee I suggest the *Disciplinary Action* to help buff team speed, but it’s not really necessary. The Demos are free to take any GL that *isn’t the Loose Cannon due to its gimmicks.* Any Sticky Launcher that *isn’t the Jumper* is good to go. The melee options will pretty much just be *stock reskins.* The *swords* come with too many problems. *No Demoknight for obvious reasons.* The Engineer can… Honestly bring any loadout he pleases, though IMO an ideal one would be whatever primary he deems fit, *The Wrangler,* and *The Jag.* The Wrangler will allow him to *engage enemy sentries outside their range and potentially splash kill or pick off the Danes,* which is handy, and the Jag means a *much faster setup and upgrade time for buildings.* This said, *any wrench will do, honestly,* and *the Teleporter should be top priority since the enemy team isn’t going to be pushing back in much.* From there, anything goes for classes. I have no idea if this would work - after all, theory-crafting is one thing, doing stuff in practice is another - but it was stewing in my brain as I watched and I figured, “eh, why not, may as well share.”

There's so many of them, though, that they repair them faster than you can cripple them
