@@mrjaxen-s It all depends on what you want it to do. Mostly Google has online / cloud-based functionality. But you can do everything you need in Docs, Sheets, Contacts, Gmail, Forms, and more. What are you trying to do for your business? I will be teaching a class for business owners in July about all the systems you can use - including Email Marketing to your clients and leads. Again, what do you want it to do that it won't do right now?

Google Workspace should be your email provider (Gmail for business) and the core of your internal business (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat, Google Voice (if you want) and more. Plus your employees or contractors can/should have email there, too. Go High Level is more customer-facing, with intake and feedback forms, a full Customer management solution (CRM), social media integration, and email automations. I hope that clarifies. Go High Level definitely integrates with Google Workspace directly. Let me know if you want help integrating the two.

Hello. In Google Workspace Starter and Standard, you need to pay per user (up to 300). It sounds like you have paid for 20 users, so before you can add another user/account, you will need to pay for more users first. To do that, go to your Admin Panel, and under Billing click Manage Subscriptions. If you are paying for your Workspace through Google itself, you can pay for more users here. If you are paying for your Workspace through a Reseller, you will need to go there to pay for more users. I hope this helps. Let me know.

Hello! I highly recommend a Google Workspace account for your business because you need an email address associated with your domain - that does not end in @gmail.com. This is so you are known as a business and so you can include the opt-out / unsubscribe button in your emails. Once you have a new work email account, you can add that as a manager / owner on your current TH-cam channel. I hope both of those things make sense. Let me know if you need more info.

There are at least 3 options for Newsletters: Blog (Blogger), Email Layouts, or a graphic PDF (Canva-like) and then link to it in an email. As long as your Contacts are Labeled correctly, or you have a spreadsheet of your Contacts, you can send emails to those who Subscribe. (I would use a Form to get them in!)

Two-factor authentication is more secure - to ensure that it is really YOU signing in, and not someone hacking your account. You can turn it off in the Admin panel, but then you are more vulnerable to someone hacking into your account.

BUT Squarespace recently bought-out Google Domains, and Google now recommends Squarespace for domains: "Google no longer offers new domain registrations, but try Squarespace." Hello! If your email address ends in @gmail.com then it is NOT a Google Workspace for business, and you can only have 1 person. If you have an email address that matches your domain (ex. amy@cluttercare.net) then an administrator in the company need to access the Admin Panel (blue hexagon) and you can add users there. @cluttercare actually we have a domain name. Our problem is that we access the several emails in the same gmail google workspace account. Does having several users mean you have to pay separately for each user?

Otherwise, you are compromising security of the one account if you have many people accessing it. Shared Drives are part of Google Workspace - business Standard or higher. Please remember that Shared Drives are not the same as Shared Folders. I hope that helps. Let me know.

Hello. You only need a Google Workspace if you have a business, and then you should be using it to ensure that others know you are a business. If you are a person with a Gmail account, you do not need Google Workspace. BUT please note that even with "just a Gmail account" most of the other Apps come with it - whether you use them or not. Checkout the 9 dots in the upper right of your Gmail account, and you will see. Good luck.
