Google was likely working on other things that help us in other ways. I'm just glad it can go straight into the right folder in my Drive and I don't have to move it or send it anywhere else to find it in my filing system.

You should always have a backup of your digital cloud files in another locations - like an external hard drive.

Agreed! Two things to note: 1) If you Search in your Google Drive, the words in the PDF ARE searched, and those files will be found. 2) If (on your computer) you Open the PDF "with Google Docs" it WILL pull the text from the PDF and put it in a Google Doc! (formatting will not be accurate, but text will be there). I have tested both of these in my Drive. Let me know if it works for you, too!

Google probably OCR your PDFs and keep the results private. All the better to push ads at you.

@@adamnealis The results are there if you search your Drive or open a PDF. They also don't want to create files in your Drive that you don't want, and will take up extra storage.

Embedding is only for websites. On LinkedIn you should just share the Link to the Form and anyone should be able to fill it out.

I'm not sure where you have a folder of photos on your phone. You can try selecting a whole Album in a Photos App, or a whole Folder if you "Browse" your device. It may be best to do that process from your computer - which can be done based on which "cloud" your photos are stored in (ex. iCloud, Google, etc.)

Hello! Yes, you can do that, too. I'm curious what you are using that for. You will need the Google Docs App on your Phone, open a Doc, click the + at the top, choose Image, and "from photos." The photos you choose will get immediately added to that Google Doc. Let me know how it goes.

Hello and thank you!! I took photos during a class and took notes in a doc. I'd like to add the 30 or so photos to the doc. Is there a way to add all the photos at once instead of one at a time? Thanks so much!

Unless they are using a Google Form, the emails will not automatically go into a Google Sheet.

Microsoft has a lot of similar features, but you should go with whatever you're comfortable with. I don't feel that Google is any more intrusive than other companies. Do some research on pricing for the features you want.

Definitely! Google Workspace should be your email provider (Gmail for business) and the core of your internal business (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Chat, Google Voice (if you want) and more. Plus your employees or contractors can/should have email there, too. Go High Level is more customer-facing, with intake and feedback forms, a full Customer management solution (CRM), social media integration, and email automations. I hope that clarifies. Go High Level definitely integrates with Google Workspace directly. Let me know if you want help integrating the two.

Good idea. Do you already have your Google Business Profile set-up? Do you have a website already? You should have both of those completed BEFORE you start Google Ads.

Hello. You only need a Google Workspace if you have a business, and then you should be using it to ensure that others know you are a business. If you are a person with a Gmail account, you do not need Google Workspace. BUT please note that even with "just a Gmail account" most of the other Apps come with it - whether you use them or not. Checkout the 9 dots in the upper right of your Gmail account, and you will see. Good luck.

@@cluttercare Thank you. I see the other apps. When I open my gmail, it says google workspace. I just had a computer tech try and help me with cyber security but I don't think he did anything. I've tried everything to gain control over our devices for 2 years now. I also see signs of python connected to my computers. This is all over my head. Thank you for taking time to respond to me. My tech guy told me that gmail is now called workspace and thats why Im seeing that when I open my gmail.

There are no more Google Domain Names. SquareSpace bought them. Google hosting is obviously low cost, but there are some limitations with the site. So if they want low cost and it can do everything they need, then yes. Otherwise you will need a different type of site.

YES! Great question. You can add a Subdomain to your current Workspace and then choose which one you want to be primary.
