  • The Pampered Chef Deluxe Multi-cooker is an upgrade to Pampered Chef quick cooker. Adding features like Sous Vide settings and more, Anna goes into what makes this unit different.
    Deluxe Multi Cooker
The Deluxe Multi Cooker is a pressure cooker, sous vide cooker, slow cooker, yogurt maker, and sterilizer all in one! Check out the Deluxe Multi Cooker tasks in the Product program to learn more.
    Features, Advantages & Benefits
    So Easy With Sous Vide
Make restaurant-quality steaks, fish fillets, and pork chops in the comfort of your home with the Sous Vide setting.
    No-Pressure Cooking
The pressure cooker settings let you cook 70% faster than cooking on the oven or stovetop, saving time and energy, and retaining more nutrients. And if you forgot to take meat out of the freezer, no problem: It can even cook from frozen!
    Low & Slow Cooking
Get that cooked-all-day flavor without using another appliance.
    Specialty Settings
Save money by making yogurt at home, or use the Sterilize setting to clean bottles and utensils.
    16 Preprogrammed Settings
Choose from Custom, Sear, Egg, Poultry, Beef/Pork, Seafood, White Rice, Whole Grains, Soup, Beans, Dessert, Steam, Slow Cook, Sous Vide, Yogurt, and Sterilize.
    Safety First
The steam release button is on the front, so your hands stay safe. Plus, the stay-cool exterior and carrying handles let you easily move it for storage.
    Product Details
    6-qt. (5.6-L) capacity; 13" x 15" x 13" (33 cm x 38 cm x 33 cm)
Includes a stainless-steel inner pot, wire rack, and silicone seal which are all dishwasher-safe, and a cooking guide with recipes and cooking charts
16 preprogrammed settings: Custom, Sear, Egg, Poultry, Beef/Pork, Seafood, White Rice, Whole Grains, Soup, Beans, Dessert, Steam, Slow Cook, Sous Vide, Yogurt, and Sterilize.
Built-in carrying handles, hidden cord storage, and an on/off switch
A separate display screen lets you adjust chime volume, brightness, Fahrenheit or Celsius, and adjust for high-altitude cooking if needed
    Two-year limited guarantee
    Important Usage Information
Remember when you are cooking to never touch the pressure indicator or the steam-release valve (refer to U&C for diagram of parts). When cooking is done, press the steam-release button on the front of the MultiCooker and step back. The unit will beep then release steam. CAREFUL: STEAM IS HOT!
What to Know When Using the Sous Vide Setting
Water Temperature: When using the Sous Vide setting, it is recommended to start with room temperature water (not too hot or too cold). It will take approximately 35-40 minutes to reach the desired temperature.
Press to Start to Begin Cooking: When the unit beeps 3 times and the display says ‘Add’ after preheating, add your food and press the selector wheel to start cooking (do not press and hold the selector wheel at this step). After you press it, you’ll see the word ADD go away and the time you set it for will be on the display.
Make sure to follow this step when using any sous vide chart or recipe from your cooking guide.
Check Out the Digital Cooking Guide: Be sure to scan the QR code on the back of your cooking guide for even more recipes and the most up-to-date information.
Refer to the U&C for Multi Cooker use and care located on the Product Description Page as it is always up-to-date.

Mine just showed up. I got it 60% off 🎉🎉. Now...I have no idea what to do with it. This video was very helpful. I didn't know about the kill switch or the lid holding feature. I had no idea Sous Vide took so long. I fear everything is going to burn on that stainless steal pot. I bought it to increase my cooking options while replacing my worn out crock pot and my rice steamer.

They are both good. Mostly i would ask if you plan on using sous vide.

I wonder how this compares with the InstaPot, which I love. I love kitchen gadgets and this would totally be right up my alley if I didn’t have my InstaPot. 😆

We haven't had the privilege of a side by side comparison. I would have a hard time buying an updated model if what I had already did 90 percent of the same things.

@sharon, does your IP come with a consultant? That's what I find amazing is there's someone there to guide, help and answer questions when you purchase from PC.

Excellent presentation! I am a consultant in Rapid City SD and have 5 (yes, FIVE!) pressure/multi-cookers in my kitchen arsenal. A few days ago, I was scalded with condensation running out of the lid through the pressure relief valve and over my hand holding the lid. How do you place the lid in the lid rest without holding the lid in an awkward position?

    • @KoubaKitchen
      @KoubaKitchen  2 ปีที่แล้ว

That actually happened to me (Jared) as well. But it hasn't happened to Anna. There are two sides to the lid in. The best we can tell is that she put it in the other side. I def pointed it out to her when I got burned though.

How do I close the steam valve?

    • @KoubaKitchen
      @KoubaKitchen  ปีที่แล้ว

The valve should close automatically once the pressure is released.

Anyone else get water in the lid? I always have water coming out of those holes on the lid. Why are there holes?

Like on the inside? I havent noticed excess water on the lid. There is some jjst due to steam, but nothing pouring out.

The only thing I don't like about it is the slow cooker setting. I think they should've left this setting off of this product. Tried it twice and the even on high I could literally touch the heating element and not get burned. I tried to do slow cooker meatballs before company came over and right before they arrived I lifted the lid and the bottom ones were luke warm at best while the top was ice cold. Thank goodness for the RockCrock dutch oven. I popped them in there and heated them up on the stovetop. I will not ever be using the slow cooker setting on Multicooker. Order the new for 2023 crockpot base for Rockcrock as soon as it becomes available.

That's so weird.. my mom uses it for slow cooking very frequently and LOVES it. I'd consider calling HO as there might be something not working properly with yours... I'd hate for you to not love a product because of some issue that could be resolved.

Yes, I plan to call on Monday. I also want to find out if there is a way to turn off the beeping every 5 minutes. It’s so annoying. It worked fine when I did sous vid egg bites.

Oh no :(. We really like ours, Anna has been using it a couple times a week. Make sure you reach out to your consultant if it isn't working correctly. There are also some good 101 videos out there on the TH-cam.
