Ryobi 18 volt Cultivator review
มุมมอง 36Kปีที่แล้ว
I spent $112 on this battery powered Ryobi cultivator. Will this budget friendly tiller deliver the goods without breaking the bank? Spring is just around the corner and we are getting ready to fill our kitchen with garden fresh veggies. After my gas powered tiller kicked the bucket, I decided it was time to try out a battery powered option. Purchased at Tools Direct: www.ebay.com/str/toolsdire...

Pampered Chef Brilliance Cookware Worth it? [2022]
My tines will not go on no matter what I do
The mandolin is worthless. Used it today with cabbage. Chews the food up.
Showing the items would have been helpful for those of us not familiar with all of the P.C. Gadgets.
Wish you were still involved with Pampered chef
I agree with you 💯!
Thank you.
I had a party and it was so worth it. Use it all the time. Didn't give off the heat like a stove. So much easier making bacon in
Do you still sell Pampered chef I really like both of you
We love ours. Easy to use, clean up and make great healthy snacks!
I love my Mix N Chop!!
Always fully charge a brand new battery before first time use for longer life.
The bbq rubs are also amazing on popcorn
I agree... and the can strainer is another thing to wash when you can just rinse the can. Also, you can put the bare in a cheap plastic condiment container (dollar store) if you really wanted!
thank you very much that was useful how long does the battery last?
Love mine
It’s ok. But not that great.
Just bought me one today. I line mine too
Glad to hear it!!! I used mine this year to get my raised beds all ready.
can you send any type of gift. Like something that is not pampered chef item?
My family loves this.
That's wonderful
good for weeds?
The 4 blade wheels can get seized up if you are hitting too much vegetation.
@@KoubaKitchen maybe could use just 2 blades on each side?
I am new to PC and need help with a virtual party. What do you use for your parties?
Hello, sorry we are not very active on YT anymore. Anna used the Post my Party connected a facebook group for most of her parties. She has since switched more using Pampered Chef's "The Table" as it is more user friendly.
I had banana ice cream the other day. Excites to try this
Did you or anyone try the brick on top theory to see if the tool dug down more quickly? If so, did the tool bog down or burn through batteries? I have a bunch of soil that needs turning over and I'm debating renting something bigger vs taking longer to do with this tool or just using a shovel and rake and really getting the job done right. I own the Ryobi edger that goes with this same 18v one-plus batts and for my purposes it's great and in terms of the One-plus system I do like all of the one-plus options from vacuums to insect zappers, etc, that for a very reasonable cost you can use the batts for. I think Milwaukee or that level is where I'm headed on drills, saws, etc, but for "this" level of work, I'm digging (pun intended) the ryobi. Thx! Good call doing both the grass and pre-worked earth on camera - very helpful to see the difference.
I never have. I really only ended up using it to prep my raised beds at the beginning of the season, so I didn't need the extra weight.
King Arthur makes a great Gluten Free Brownie mix, between $6.00-7.00/box
that's great!!
Did not like the potato masher. I don’t keep in a drawer so folding isn’t an issue.
I feel ya.
Seriously, 2 screws a challange?
humble me good sir.
I use the can strainer all the time
I hear that a lot. Obviously my thoughts are not universal :)
You could add the wok, slow cooker and worst of all their air fryer. That doesn’t even have an on/off button.
We use our Brilliance Wok almost every day. I wasn't a huge fan of the stainless steel non-stick one. The other 2 items we use constantly.
The fish spatula I use ALMOST every single day. So happy I have it. I also LOVE my measuring colander… use it A LOT .
Wonderful!
I also love my can strainer… it takes up no room and I use it at least once a week. I also love my pastry mat.. works great for all my sticky dough
Those are common opinions. Sometimes I am uncommon ;)
I fried an egg in the 10" Pampered Chef pan this morning with no oil and my egg had very minor sticking. I flipped the egg and turned it out without breaking the yolk. Still, your video is well done and very helpful.
That's awesome. :)
I know it's a bit older of a video, but came across your video before purchasing and figured I'd offer some insight from a coffee drinker's standpoint. As far as exact temperature control, this is going to be a major benefit for coffee drinkers using pour-overs or aeropress brewing methods because the temperature that you want is going to vary based on the roast. For example, if you're using a dark roast...brewing at a lower temperature (I got to around 170-180) is going to take some bitterness out and allow the coffee to bloom a bit more. The timer function (which you can set anywhere from 3s to 5 minutes according to the manual) is going to be very useful for Aeropress users like myself. There is a "steep" time to account for and that's going to vary depending on roast and preference. It makes a huge difference and you'd be shocked how a short timeframe can change the end result (for one of the darker roasts I use, steeping for 1 minute vs 1 minute 30 seconds make a world of a difference). Not sure how much using the built in timer makes sense, but I'll test it out when the kettle arrives (I usually just use my phone). Last thing you touched on was the flow rate itself, when using a pour-over or aeropress you'll definitely want to evenly pour over the coffee and if you have too heavy of a flow it'll potentially create channels which will make pours inconsistent because some water may go through too quickly if there are channels that are created (which means it's not actually going to steep with the coffee). One other thing that is probably really only going to matter for specific people, but having a quick and easy C to F button makes things a lot easier when your wife comes from a country that uses C but I'm still used to F. Anyways, thanks for making the video. It gave me a good visual for size. Made a difference when deciding on a new kettle.
Thank you for providing insights for the viewers. How have you like the product so far.
My wife got the cordless mixer set up for her birthday, it was about 1 year before she took it out of the box and low and behold both batteries were defective after talking to a representative they said no warranty on this unit,l was shocked l was thinking Pampered chef was a good company? Really disappointed in Pampered chef, l wouldn't recommend buying anything from these people
I'm sorry to hear that. I would strongly advise trying products within the 30 day no questions asked return period. That product did have a warranty as well, but I don't believe it was over a year.
I love pampered chef but so many of these types of items can also be bought elsewhere for much less.
This is true. There are some things that are a better value from PC, even if not always the best price. But this isn't universal.
I use mine so much! I love it!
we made... so... many... candied nuts last fall...And we will again.
Just add a 5lb weight ...tie it around the bar , and duct tape it to the top front of the body of the machine
I've heard that one a lot, i hope it's been helpful.
Pampered chef? Ehh. There’s better out there but they do have some interesting accessories they make.
It really depends on the specific product. somethings PC knocks it out of the park, some things you couldn't give me.
We love our Pampered Chef air fryer more cost efficient than cranking up the oven to make something for two people
Absolutely
That basket may be great for shrimp 🍤 and chicken wings
That sounds great
Does it make toast as well and what is the inside measurement please
Not sure if you know this but your boy is picking his nose several times.
Yeah... boys lol
Boring. It didn't explain why this is better versus any other brand. So is it worth it? He did not give an answer to that.
We've owned them for a long time now. Use them every day, still has great non stick. Worth it
But if you aren't following manufacturers recommended use, then how is this relevant? You say you cook with olive oil lol I'm hoping you are aware that you can do eggs and steak flawlessly/non stick in a regular stainless too..proper heat and proper oil. Not sure if you happy with the pampered chef or not, yet your wife is a consultant.. i want my 20 mins back lol.
Not everyone follows manufacturers recommendation, most people dont read, so I tested for them. What's the beef olive oil. I typically use my cast iron or iron clad mc2 for steaks, that doesnt take away from this product. It never ceases to amaze me that people are suprised that we can like (or not like) products while my wife is a consultant.
Thank you for the info. I recently bought mine. Love it. I wonderyeht the blue light flashed, I unplug it anyway butbits a good reminder.
I wish it had an off switch, but alas, we just have to unplug it when not in use
Thankyou
You're welcome
My batter mixer/dispenser broke too easily. So that's one thing I won't get it again.
T Truth
I love mine. Works great. Used both popcorn and nuts. I even made pecans using half the amount of Splenda for my diabetic cousin.
That's great!!
I absolutely love my mix n masher for deviled eggs. It makes the yolks so smooth. Something I struggle with using just a fork. It’s not worth digging out my hand mixer for a few deviled eggs, but the mix n masher is fabulous.
Love it. I dont make enough deviled eggs. They are great
I just unboxed my Deluxe Air Fryer. No guide book. No “recipes”. I appreciate the tips about the Tips about the removable door; and the not-dishwasher-safe Drip tray. Is a 4lbs whole roasting hen the maximum size allowed? Thank you so very much for your video.
I didn’t get either book, who do we contact??
Your consultant. They can get one from corporate. You could also contact PC directly
Hope you are enjoying it still. Yes 4lb is the max
