    We have teamed up with personal trainer JP Fok, to create an on-hill warmup that you can use before you shred. The warm up is designed to be quick, fun and easy. It will improve your balance, co-ordination and flexibility as well. Although it may be challenging at first, persist with this warm up and you'll have it dialled in no time.

    Your warmup is my workout! This is the end of my second season and I have finally managed to learn all the “warmup” skills. I will start doing these for the rest of the season, which has less than 2 weeks left. Thanks guys for providing quality contents! 🙏🏻

    Yep gonna try this. Just got home from a full day of riding. Used your turning videos to really help gain confidence in my turns. Didn’t fall once and once the ice pack thawed a bit my turns linked and smoothed way out. A lot of Skif turns on the slick stuff. Thanks snowboard addiction for your awesome help.

    also i feel like warming up should be before riding. past that u were showing exercises yea they warm u up and get your muscles going, it gets u thinking about edge control but its more of an exercise than a warm up. in my opinion

    Warmup: crack a tall-can in the car 30 minutes before the parking lot. 1 more in the parking lot while getting your boots on. Another one on the chair up.
    I swear by this method.

  • @sergiuszpokorski6598
    @sergiuszpokorski6598 6 ปีที่แล้ว +13

    not bad but wayy too long no one is actually going to be doing this every time u go to ride, there are other tutorials which are quicker and just as effective.
