From what I understood: little kid (Joyce) is a clone of the Herrscher of Reason's 1st host, Welt Joyce. Once Welt Joyce died, he left his Herrscher power to Welt Yang (our glasses man). Somehow, for some reason, someone decided to make a Welt Joyce clone and Welt Yang decided to adopt him. Luocha is a man that resembles Hi3's main villain, Otto. There is a comic that depicts this older-looking Welt Yang joining forces with an Otto look-alike (who goes by the name of Void Archives). I haven't read any of it, but it seems that they join forces to destroy the Honkai on the moon. In the end of the story, they find a computer that showed Himeko, someone dead in the universe of HI3, alive in an entire different universe (which is the one we know as Honkai Star Rail). Welt Yang, wishing to protect his ex-student that died a tragic death (Himeko), found a method to travel into this alternate universe. He went with Void Archives to Honkai Star Rail Universe (for some reason) and has found himself on another planet where he was found by Himeko. I would appreciate if someone would address these blanks that I have in the story. I'm just too lazy to search for info.

However I would like to point out that Welt and Void Archives did not go out to the moon and destroy the remnants of honkai, but rather invaded a spaceship with a variety of the sky people (thingy wtf?) and proceeded to wipe out the data of earth in their database alongside the other world's himeko data that was listed among that spaceship. This, from my speculations made it so that the sky people would no longer invade both earth and the otherworld's himeko, albeit perhaps a temporary solution. They eventually end up adrift through this process, and get rescued by Shigure Kira and Molass (one of the sugars, who notably has a human form that looks VERY similiar to her previous host: Shub-Niggurath) As for when did Welt and HSR Himeko actually meet? My only guess is sometime after the events of alien space.

This cutscene was taken from HI3, in HSR you will see this cutscenes in luocha's companion quest however just a few frames when welt having a flashback after looking at luocha's face. Welt having a flashback about VA in HSR proves that our welt in HSR universe originally from HI3's universe (for those who doesn't believe that HSR welt is the same welt from HI3) Also Since it's we just only see few frames in HSR, this video shows what the actual cutscenes look like.
Welt literally also mentions 8n his voice lines, that he came from a world that had something called the honkai. I still can't believe how these people don't believe it. Its so blatant and obvious
Unironically if you got a couple Yukong copies all 3 of them (Luocha, Welt, Yukong) work well together. Welt's debuffing is primarily the slow from his E and the vulnerability from his ultimate, which doesn't have any DoT gimmicks like Sampo or support-oriented debuffs like weakness implanting like Silver Wolf At least prior to the rumored Destruction Imaginary character Welt is amazing
The guy solo managed the story instead of the actual villain 😂 (Honkai/Will of Honkai) He forces respect and he is very charismatic, best villain all medias involved, imo

He looks like Otto, but is not Otto, basically Void Archives is a 50k year old AI consciousness that is using an Otto body.

I was doing a character quest in HSR, and I saw that Welt had the same flashbacks as this cutscene. So this confirms that HI3 and HSR are connected and canon? The flashbacks Welt had in HSR, are cutscenes from HI3 right? So if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3, I have two questions: 1) How is he in HSR? Could it be that he just got transported to another universe? Because I learned that the characters in HSR such as Himeko, Seele and Bronya, look like the ones in HI3, but different. 2) If he is from HI3, why is he in HSR? If Welt just got transported to another universe, is there a reason why he's in HSR? Does he have a motive or reason to come to HSR? Or is it because he came to HSR by accident? I've never played HI3. So I don't know much of HI3's lore (at least a little bit). So I'm curious to know if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3.
The APHO manga can answer all of your questions. Basically some space creatures showed up in space (in HI3 universe), threatening Earth. Welt got blackmailed by void archives to get on board the ship and help him deal with the space people. Welt saw a holograph of himeko from HSR universe and this got him sus as the HI3 himeko is already dead. There's an unexplained time gap here but after that Welt and presumably void archives (HSR himeko explained that Welt had a buddy with him when she found him) got stranded in HSR verse and fortunately enough they got saved by HSR himeko. The reason welt decided to jump into HSR verse was because 1.) Of the space people and 2.) He felt guilty not saving HI3 himeko as she was his student/friend and he wasn't able to tell to himeko (welt "died" for a while to surprise attack a HI3 enemy) the truth about her father (her father had a power hunger crisis).
Welt hi3rd and hsr is the same Welt, "he traveled there with his blonde "friend" ". HSR Himeko dialogue said it like that, also kinda implying Void Archive(the blonde guy in video) is in HSR universe somewhere

I was doing a character quest in HSR, and I saw that Welt had the same flashbacks as this cutscene.
So this confirms that HI3 and HSR are connected and canon?
The flashbacks Welt had in HSR, are cutscenes from HI3 right? So if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3, I have two questions:
1) How is he in HSR? Could it be that he just got transported to another universe? Because I learned that the characters in HSR such as Himeko, Seele and Bronya, look like the ones in HI3, but different.
2) If he is from HI3, why is he in HSR? If Welt just got transported to another universe, is there a reason why he's in HSR? Does he have a motive or reason to come to HSR? Or is it because he came to HSR by accident?
I've never played HI3. So I don't know much of HI3's lore (at least a little bit). So I'm curious to know if the Welt in HSR, is the same Welt from HI3.
The APHO manga can answer all of your questions. Basically some space creatures showed up in space (in HI3 universe), threatening Earth. Welt got blackmailed by void archives to get on board the ship and help him deal with the space people. Welt saw a holograph of himeko from HSR universe and this got him sus as the HI3 himeko is already dead. There's an unexplained time gap here but after that Welt and presumably void archives (HSR himeko explained that Welt had a buddy with him when she found him) got stranded in HSR verse and fortunately enough they got saved by HSR himeko.
The reason welt decided to jump into HSR verse was because 1.) Of the space people and 2.) He felt guilty not saving HI3 himeko as she was his student/friend and he wasn't able to tell to himeko (welt "died" for a while to surprise attack a HI3 enemy) the truth about her father (her father had a power hunger crisis).
Welt hi3rd and hsr is the same Welt, "he traveled there with his blonde "friend" ". HSR Himeko dialogue said it like that, also kinda implying Void Archive(the blonde guy in video) is in HSR universe somewhere
Read HI3's manga "Alien Space" for second point. In the one word - Himeko.
Of course it is Welt of Hi3 and HSR are the same if i am not mistaken i rhink Welt was travelling the doace when he came across the astral express
