    I like how she said heat trained ,because I agree you can put heat on your hair and still maintain healthy hair

    • @jenniesmythe8188

      Her hair doesn't seem heat trained. It's more so heat damaged leaving it with no curl pattern.
      Normally when I've seen hear trained it has way less heat damage. And there is a curl pattern still left.
      But since she likes wearing her hair straight. Doesn't really matter. Unless the hair is breaking off which it's not. Her end product looked nice

    • @DarcyMiyamoto
      @DarcyMiyamoto ปีที่แล้ว +15

      “Heat trained” is simply intentional and voluntary heat damaged. Whether it’s more or less damage depends on the person but it is what it is but alas it’s obviously working for her needs

    Hey Fatima! I loved your video so much and your hair turned out gorgeous! Just a quick tip about flat ironing your hair please don’t put your flat iron on highest heat setting especially if it’s 450 degrees. You will definitely get heat damage that way. Trust me! That’s literally how I damaged my natural hair!

    In your case it would have benefited you to thoroughly wash you hair before proceeding to the olaplex products.
    I usually wash with the #4 to remove all the of builded up. Then I processed with #0 or go straight to #3…Works well either way! After that it’s #4, 8, 5!
    Also Olaplex products are worth every penny, a little goes a long way!!!

    Glad you got your ends cut. But you should try to putting less heat and wearing nature hair give it air maybe a bun try loving it more. Twist. Staying out of it but heat is not the way. And wigs no air and loving your self and can mess your edges. So Cornrows not touching it for two weeks at least just saying you flat iron heat damage cut a lot of it off👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 then went in curling. People gone do whatever. Btw your hair is beautiful
