Hi Melissa, I appreciate your review of the nature's bounty biotin and more gummies Just FYI I also take several different supplements usually every night with dinner and one of them that I've been taking is natural biotin 5,000 mcg which is micrograms, & It is a sublingual tablet which means I put it in my mouth and suck on it till it dissolves and it too has a pleasant taste. I tend to avoid buying Most vitamins & supplements in Gummies cus I eat cookies regularly & ice cream semi often, & gummy supplements often contain quite a bit of Sugar & I Don't need to consume even More sugar from my vitamins. The 1 type of gummies I do have & need to take more often (as I forget) are GOLI apple cider vinegar gummies, as they're a pleasant way to get apple cider vinegar in my body.😊
Did the higher dose of biotin cause you to breakout?! I don’t break out with the regular ones, but wanted to up the dosage of the biotin because I had to get my hair cut pretty short recently due to bleach damage and I’m wanting to try and grow it out quicker! LOL. The pill version always made me feel sick to my stomach! 🤦🏻♀️

I haven’t had any issues with breakouts at all

Yes. It is obviously marketed towards women, but it is for adults men and women
