I’m 30. I’ve had acne all my life lol I got off of birth control, cut out meat and seafood, and now my acne is under control. I’ll get 2-3 breakouts only during my period and they disappear just as quickly as they come with little no marks. Changing my diet on top of keeping up with my skin care routine made a huge significant difference in how often I would have breakouts now. I also cut out cheese. I haven’t had cheese in over a year and that made a significant difference. And I don’t engage in dairy, never really did.

The gummies have less Biotin than the pills (2500 vs 3000 mg) so I'm going to try the pills when I finish them. But yes, those are delicious I want to eat the whole bottle!

I wish they would bring back regular chewable vitamins they were so much better than gummies. They had the same vitamin content as a regular pill whereas gummies only ever have a fraction of the amount. Some brands still make a chewable vitamin c that's 500 mg - 5 times as much as a Vitafusion gummy.

For the guy's asking if males can also take them, YES my dr. recommended me to take these pills for my nails and hair 👌 she told me to take 4 per day but didn't say how many mg 🤔

This is the best vitamins ever! It’s my 3rd time purchasing it, it makes my nails grow faster and stronger. Tbh I didn’t really notice a change on my skin or hair but maybe it because I only care about my nails😆

This is super late.... but Neutrogena works like literal MAGICCCCCCCCCCC for me, I buy products that have the Salicytic Acid, but if you do buy that make sure to moisturize because it dries your skin out but it works so good for me. It cleared my face in 3 DAYS, and I suffer from micro bumps, not sure what the scientific name is but its everywhere even on my arms, legs, and ever since i used their bodywash, facewash, moisturizer my skin is transforming and my pores are getting smaller.
You took neutrogena's biotin?
The Biotine in hair/skin vitamins can make you break out if your skin is acne prone, try using marine collagen or vitamins without biotine Solgar brand makes one.

My suggestion is to add chelated zinc and drink alot of water. Biotin makes your body detox. That's why the pimples. I hope this helps.

Hi Bestie, It just helps grow whatever you have already, faster. I think if you rub oils on your brows/ lash serum & the vitamans would work well

Hi Queen 👑 Yes you may take these vitamins too but I would say take one a day instead of the recommended 3 a day. Just in the beginning because like I mention in the video, they are very strong but they work

Landra Criswell…good to hear works for u. My only concern, I hope taking 4 tabs (5000mcg)”daily” is not risky in your health in the future. Try to google if it’s safe for 4 tabs daily. Or, ask from your Primary Doctor. Just concern. Peace.✌️

If you are concern about taking 4 tabs daily, then take the recommendation amount of 3! I now alternate 3-3-4-4-3-3-4 and use Elivive Dream Lengths S & C 2xs weekly!! I’ve cut back some due to my length is waist length, and I only get trimmed every 4 months! I wish you all best wishes and don’t give up your journey. God is just a prayer away 🙏
I just ordered vitamins for hair and skin. It’s a brand called «Vita». I’m kinda worried that it won’t work well because they cost only $10. They have bitoin in it though. (Biotin is supposed to strengthen your hair and make it grow faster)

I took this vitamin and suddenly started having really bad acne, not only on my face but on my back and other parts too..

Your hair grows from your scalp so if the pills did stimulate growth of new hair follicles to thicken your hair it wouldn’t be as long as the rest you’d have to feel at your scalp to see if your hair is becoming thicker

I decided to use these because my hair growth slowed after I had my daughter and I have definitely seen improvements in my hair and what not.
Thank you for this video, I just started these pills last week (only two a day), I know my nails won't grow but hopefully they are stronger as they seem to be so brittle. I have had some more breakouts but I'm letting it run its course I tend to have a lot of it anyway. I'm taking it for my hair because I also have missing baby hairs😭. But the only downside I see is that the vitamin does not contain calcium but I'll take a small dose separately.

Hello Steven, from my experience the vitamins made me break out really but BUT also my skin on my body looks really nice. So I did see benefits however I also see my face acne not improving as I continue using the vitamins.

Hello Steven, you know what 🤔 I have noticed my skin a little lighter but I was thinking because we haven’t been outside due to the pandemic I am not as tan as I usually am. I not sure if these vitamins lighten the skin tone however I will be noticing my skin more closely.

I bought the Walgreens brand and my hair has definitely started growing but I have suddenly started noticing white hair coming in out of nowhere. This is the only thing different that I have added. Can't be 100% sure the vitamin alone caused it but sharing this anyway. The fact that titanium dioxide is an ingredient is concerning -too I didn't notice that on the ingredients when I purchased. I am going to stop it for a few weeks and see if I notice a difference.

Hello Vanessa, the suggested dosage is 3 a day, however I would advise to start with one a day and work your way up since these vitamins are Extra Strength 😊
